My husband and I needed two stoves; one electric and one gas to be converted to propane.

From the time we walked in on the 16th until they delivered the appliances on the 20th, the staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy what they did.

We were thrilled that Shays converted the gas stove to propane. There was a fee, but it was worth it to us.

The delivery men knew what they were doing and were very careful not only with the new appliances but also with our personal spaces.

We would definitely recommend Shays Appliance.

Great service from buying to delivery. I've bought fridges, washers, and dryers here over the last 10 years, and haven't ever been disappointed.
Justin and Cody came out to deliver a washer and they were polite, fast, and professional. They even leveled out a wobble in my dryer while they were here. Much appreciated! That kind of service doesn't happen at a big box place. Thanks!

I bought my 1st washer on $25 a month payments in 1986. I have bought every single kitchen appliance I own from this home town store. I had one rude experience with one person in all these years. All I can say is one person doesn’t make the business. The owners , the sales team, the delivery team, they all make this a home town business. Every single time I have come in or called I spoke with people that really cared and helped me to the best of their ability. Shop Local with Shay’s it is a really good home town business.
5 Starts all the way. I will be back!

From the moment we walk into the store and the moment the installers left it was best experience we have gone through in a long time. Came in wanting a washer and dryer, salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduler for install was very friendly. The installers arrived when they said and they we so seamless did not even know they were in the house. In a few months will be needing a freezer, will definitely be coming back to Shay's

Shay's delivered and install a new washer and dryer today and removed the old ones and I must say that the two gentlemen who did the work were very professional and pleasant to do this work. This is why we only shop at Shay's for all of our appliances. The best prices and top notch quality workers, my hat is off to the two men who installed our appliances.

We purchased the All in one washer and dryer Combo or I should say he did with a lot of pressure from Brandon. Let me say this it was the worst buy we have ever purchased. It is the noisiest piece of crap ever, it makes your laundry smell, my laundry never smells fresh and it takes 6 to 8 hours to do 1 load of laundry and yes I mean it takes 6to 8 hours to do 1 load of laundry. The service was awful and we are stuck with a lemon I’m sure, basically saying it’s all in our heads well it’s not and I’ll gladly post videos. We can’t even be in our bedroom with all the doors closed and hear the tv .But I’m sure this review won’t even be posted. I was there for the purchase it was just not my choice I didn’t want want it, I am the one that uses it daily, they we’re supposed to return to place feet on it that weren’t put on it at time of delivery and have not called or returned.
