I needed to order six refrigerators for some rental properties for my daughter and we needed them ASAP. I called around and when I called Johnson home center I talked to Brittany and she literally matched the price that we got somewhere else a little cheaper and they ended up being able to deliver the same day because they knew that we needed them ASAP! This was the best customer service that I have ever Received since I’ve been working for my daughter in construction! I went the day after Christmas to buy a washer 10 minutes after mine broke. Every person there is incredibly sweet. I left with a washer I am obsessed with. And they even took my old washer off my hands. They made everything so easy and smooth. Tha KS to everyone I appreciate yall.

My husband and I recently purchased an excellent GE refrigerator. I found exactly what I wanted with the help of an informed salesperson. The refrigerator was delivered a day earlier than scheduled by a most professional delivery team. The guys were quite friendly, and they wore masks. Delivery of a large appliance isn’t an easy task, but these guys knew what they were doing. One even checked for and wiped away a few dirty handprints. I highly recommend Johnston’s. Rest assured that you’ll receive top-notch service from the minute you’re greeted until you are completely satisfied with the completion of the sale, including delivery.

I just got a Babylock Flare embroidery machine. I'm so pleased with my purchase! The people there are so nice and helpful. There are so many amazing machines to choose from. Mind you these are top of the line , so price reflects that. Do not buy online or big box stores. Buy local!

Customer service at this place is beyond amazing. I run a Lawncare business out of Benton and have always bought my equipment from here. Robert does an amazing job of making sure I always have blades in stock and getting my my equipment serviced ASAP. The men here have always gone out of there way to make sure my business stays running smooth. I would recommend this company to anyone. Good hard working and honest people!

Two weeks ago I dropped off my Bernia sewing machine for servicing. I asked for quote on the cost to have it cleaned and oiled. I was told $84 and some odd cents. Two to 3 days later I got a call telling me my machine was ready. I was happy with the promptness. I picked my machine up today and was told it was $141! She said since it had a screen , it had to be calibrated. Why did she not tell me that when I dropped it off? I was not prepared for that amount! Warning....double check prices before servicing.
