I’ve been to this outlet about 30 times.

First off, the sales associates are incredibly friendly. Kathy and Alexis have always been so kind and helpful.

Secondly, this is an outlet. That means that sometimes you might find what you’re looking for and sometimes you might not.

They sell all different types of accessories (including wallpaper), linens, couches, chairs, outdoor furniture, mirrors, rugs, dressers, tables, lights, etc. They have no control over what they get in or when.

The store has always been well-organized and the sales associates have always been super nice!

This is wonderful. We found some chairs that we paid $300 for at our house for $79 here at the outlet. And the chairs that we're getting here actually swivel. The cheers we have at home don't swivel. They have everything including chandeliers and tables. You have to come here because you're going to pay 75% less. Obviously the risk is that they may not have what you're looking for but you have to come here. Everything is wonderful.

I’m a veteran outlet shopper and have been to numerous outlets throughout the US. When you shop the outlets, you’re not going to get the normal high end retail experience you would get in a retail store. It’s an outlet. I think those who left poor reviews just aren’t used to the high end retail outlet store.

This was a FANTASTIC store. For me, it’s tied with the Pottery Barn Outlet store in Atlanta for customer service. The staff and manager were so. incredibly. friendly and helpful. I got some fantastic deals and I will absolutely be back.

If I could give this less than one star, I would do so! I drove all the way from Orlando to come to your store and when I get here, there’s a sign that says you’re open Tuesday through Sunday today’s Monday! I am very unhappy very sad very unsure if I’m going to drive all the way back here from Orlando again. I don’t remember seeing anything on the outlet website about you being closed on Mondays. You need to change that I’m a very, very unhappy customer.

Pricing is good but very limited inventory and amount of items available compared to online or their regular stores. Service is also not the greatest but overall if you manage to find something you want/need the price is definitely good. They also have additional sale on certain items like lighting or rug. It changes so not always the same.

Huge KUDOS to Colleen , the manager, for running this store better than even S& L full price locations. Unlike usual outlets, this store is IMPECCABLY organized, sparkling clean, and so welcoming! It has no outlet vibes, but rather a feel of upscale boutique. The team makes sure to go above and beyond for every single customer. They offer advice, help, answer all questions with enthusiasm and a smile , show the product in detail on the big computer screen and genuinely care about making the sale happen! Kind, friendly and knowledgeable! This store manager would be a rare find even for a prestigious department store, and certainly is a GEM for Serena and Lily company,. The store and Colleen’s team is a true reflection of S& L beautiful quite luxury esthetics. This combination of professionalism and skills are not often seen in retail, if ever. I love to shop and shop often, mostly in full price boutiques. I never leave any reviews, but I was eager to leave this one as I was very impressed how this store strikingly stays apart from others.
As for the stock, would be nice to see more beds, upholstery, dressers, night tables and Queen & King bedding! Also the lighting, accessories, including pillows and books & rugs could be better stocked. Overall , this store deserves more than 5 stars for amazing employees, but the stock could certainly use more items to achieve better capacity.

I was excited to visit a S&L outlet store for the first time. I finally did this week. I was blown away by the customer service provided by Sharise. She greeted me, gave me a comprehensive overview to the store, explained the promotion they were running and directed me to what I was looking for. Sharise gets 5 stars… and so does the store!

My sisters and I recently went to the Serena and lily store in the tanger outlets. We were so excited, because it was our first time purchasing anything from here. Meredith was so so helpful, and made our experience amazing! She made our day, by being so friendly and supportive! She made our time there so welcoming and going out of the way to help us. Wish I could give more stars!
