We had Elan and Planet Granite remodel our kitchen. We took a DH Horton standard kitchen and expanded the cabinet and counter space and decided on a contemporary look using frameless cabinets.

Elan was great throughout the process, helping with cabinet selection, allowing us customization with lighting, vented hood and microwave built in trimming. They were excellent throughout, from demo to final pictures.

It was Elan's idea to convert the pantry "closet" to a much more functional, well lit, stacked pantry for the space of the old closet.

All of the subcontractors were fantastic. Elan gives you the choice of hiring your own subs or taking care of the process as general contractor. That was helpful for us, as much of the remodel was done while we were out of town.

Price was reasonable, and very transparent. Easy to understand each part of the invoice.

My Planet Granite experience was great all around! Tara at the front desk was super patient with me, and walked me around the "yard" on at least two different occasions as I made my decision of which stone to choose.

Wayne and Doug did the templates and later the install. They were interesting, and fun to talk to. They were polite, efficient, and didn't leave any mess behind. They took the time to clean up one of the cuts on a corner that interfered with a cabinet door opening. The install went great, and everything looks fantastic!

Just as a side note, the granite I chose is Uba Tuba. It wasn't my first choice, I had originally wanted Absolute Black. While templating, I mentioned this, and Wayne actually advised me to consider something else because AB is super hard to keep clean. With this in mind, I visited Tara again for another tour of the slabs, which is when I chose Uba Tuba. After reading online how green Uba Tuba looked in peoples' kitchens, I panicked as I didn't want ANY green. I contacted Tara, who assured me there was no green, and sent me pictures of the actual slabs I would be getting. Being paranoid, I went back to Planet Granite to see the slabs in person. Suitably assured, I started the order on Monday, and the counters were installed on Friday.

When it comes to countertops, I may be wrong in saying this, but stone is stone. It all comes from the same place. There may be slightly different grades, but it's basically all the same. The real difference in this business is the people who do the work. Planet Granite has some great ones, and I hope they appreciate Tara, Wayne and Doug as much as I do.

Planet granite and Daytona Beach, Florida all their employees are fantastic from picking out what I needed planning it immediately they sent a man out to measure it . and two men came out to install it. They were very polite excellent workmanship. I had a fantastic experience with this company.

I supplied doors for their job in Marina Grande in March 2024. To this day 11-25-2024 I have not been paid. Judy will call you 5 times a day until they owe money then she'll ghost you. Run as fast as you can from the thieves.

Kristen, Chuck and the whole team were extremely helpful from picking out the right product to finding the best price. This was the fifth granite store I went to in the past week and everything was better. The selection, store set up, customer service, price... Special thanks to the guy (sorry can’t remember his name) who cuts all the granite. You were so patient with my wife and I making sure we got the exact parts of the piece that we wanted. From the time that walked in to the time our project was complete was unbelievably quick - thank you. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Daytona Beach.

We had our master bathroom remodeled in our condo. Condos can be very difficult to work with as there are so many rules. I was hesitant to do the renovation because of all of the terrible stories I have heard others talk about in my building. I am so glad we decided to move forward with Planet Granite. Elan was so nice to work with. He communicated in a timely matter and was able to fix all issues/concerns I had. Often times when you are doing a remodel, it can drag on with delays. I did expect this to happen, as there are always unseen issues. I believe our renovation only ran 2 weeks over, which I thought was not bad. The team and Elan at Planet Granite always kept me in the loop on delays/issues/questions. I also liked that they gave me a timeline/schedule with all of the subcontractors. Elan and his team were very organized. You can defiantly tell that they hold all of their subcontractors to a higher standard. My Condo office manager also comment to me that they have been the best contractors to work in the building. They followed all of the rules and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product is absolutely beautiful, and I have pretty high standards!

I just needed a small price of scrap cut for a shower seat. They took great care of me showing me what was available and cut it while I waited. Very fair price. Great customer service. Very much appreciated.
