We stopped in to look at patio furniture for our new rear lanai and enclosed pool area and are so glad we met David. He helped us find just what we were looking for. We were very pleased with our experience at Rooms to Go - Daytona Beach. We took advantage of savings on patio furniture. The selection was very good and we found something that suited us quickly. Our sales person was very informative . She explained all the features of the set we were interested in, she explained all the details of payment, delivery and the replacement package. We never felt pressured and she knew just when to approach us and when to leave us on our own. We left very happy with our purchase and the overall experience.

Lovely furniture, but poor customer service. Went to the patio section on 4/20/24. There were two staff members who were in the section, but rather than approach and ask if we needed help they stood on the other side of the section and stared at us as we tried to figure out the sizes of the umbrellas. My mom approached and asked a question about the umbrellas, and the gentleman answered but still didn’t come over to offer assistance. It was night and day from our experience at Ashley Furniture, where the employees are friendly, helpful, and don’t hesitate to engage. We took our business elsewhere.

I needed patio furniture, and Rooms To Go has the best selection!! David Hopper helped my husband and I with everything we needed. He not only showed us exactly what we wanted, but knew every detail about everything we brought.
David Hopper helped me when I had to change delivery dates contacting me with sales etc.
David Hopper is a professional, exceptional sales person. We recommend him very highly, and plan to do all my shopping with him.

Bought patio furniture at the grand opening of the new Daytona Beach store. Sales associate, Francine, was very professional and personal and I highly recommend her if you are in need of some outdoor furniture. She was knowledgeable and we felt like they gave us an 'ok' deal. Thought the delivery charge for right up the street was a bit excessive and they couldn't meet our timetable, but other than that a good experience!

My family and I visited Rooms to Go today in Daytona Beach. We met Matt in the furniture section, and David in the patio furniture section. They showed us a great selection of furniture.
