While I haven’t bought a vehicle from them yet, I appreciated how kind Tarra and Kevin Wright are. I was looking for a 4x4 and Tarra let me know that she will keep her eyes peeled when they buy more.

Many of their vehicles sold within the last week or so which tells me that they aren’t doing too bad. I think Google maps may have been inaccurate.

I contacted Tarra Wright Nelms, Kevin Wrights (the owner) wife on March 21st about a vehicle they had on their lot. We agreed to meet March 30th to complete the transaction on the car. When I arrived at 12pm, I wasnt allowed to test drive the vehicle, look inside of it or anything literally no interaction with the vehicle at all. She gave me the run around for 5 hours in the pouring rain. The next day she attempted to inconvenience me once again by asking me to drive all the way back to her location (hours away) to pick up the vehicle. She couldnt meet me with the vehicle because she “had no drivers to bring the vehicle to my location”. How do you run an auto sales business with no drivers? When I told her I was no longer interested in the car because of everything that previously went on, she threatened me that I “wouldn't find another car with the same value as the one she’s selling for the price she’s selling”. Which was a lie anyway. After everything thats happened I was informed that the same car she was attempting to sell me had transmission problems and was listed on another auto site with a different asking price. Apparently those people are known for selling cars with bad transmissions. None of the cars have a warranty on them. My overall experience with her was distasteful. She’s very unprofessional and a liar.

I spoke to the owner's wife Tarra several days over the course of 2 weeks about purchasing a vehicle from them. We came to an agreement and just needed to put it on paper from there. I had to take an Uber 2 hours to Lepanto, AR from Mammoth Spring, AR because I didn't have any other way, which she knew. Upon my arrival I was not greeted but I was walked past several times without any acknowledgement. After about 5 minutes of waiting for help I finally called Tarra to realize she walked by me at least 6 times without a word. Once we established that we had prior convo nothing we discussed was respected. She told me she lost the key to the car almost 2 weeks ago which was never mentioned when we spoke. She increased the price of the car by $2,500. She also said I'd have to pay for the new keys, the programming and towing the car to the dealer where these things would take place. The car was supposed to have new tires and it didn't and she promised me a complementary wash and vacuum but the car wasn't clean. After expressing how displeased I was with the situation she simply told me that if I didn't want it she'd sell it to someone else. This was a very frustrating experience and a very unprofessional business.

My mom was sold a car that was brought back bc it did not work correctly, Kevin did not disclose these issues and listed it as ‘in excellent condition’. The car’s reverse stopped worked after 4 days. Kevin was extremely unprofessional during my call with him and has avoided any calls to discuss this matter. We’ve contacted the attorney general and have an appt with Asa King (attorney at law) on Monday. Please spread the word so that Kevin will be forced to make this right!!!!

Id give no stars but had to give a star for a comment. The vehicles are over priced with ALOT of issues. I drove over an hour ready to buy a vehicle that was listed on the internet for sale. I had cash and even a trade in to only get there and every vehicle I got in had major issues along with dead batteries and flat tires.

I bought a car from him and the transmission went out two days later. He knew the transmission was bad, because he had sold the car to another lady with the same problem. He gave her money back only because he went to church with her family and didn’t want to look bad. He is a crook, liar, bad for business.
