We (5 women on vacation) stopped at this store on Oct. 18, 2024 for help repairing a wheel that had fallen off a mobility scooter. The three men who came out to help could not have been kinder. They lifted the heavy machine out of our van, found the right parts and put the wheel back on in a matter of minutes. When one of us cut her finger trying to steady the scooter, one guy promptly provided the employee first-aid kit. After all that, they wouldn't take any payment! Helpful hardware men, indeed!

This is a really great kinda small mom and pop hardware store. But they aren't very personable. It's more like "you're crap is in aisle 12. They can check you out at the other counter", when there is literally no one else in the store.

The employees were more interested in their own conversations than helping paying customers. When I did get their attention they just pointed.

50/50 chance they'll have that you need and it's gonna cost more so be prepared. Otherwise nice little store.

The men that work there are courteous but the store manager rudely told me when i asked one of the men a question that they work for her. She is the type of person give them a little authority over others and they will abuse it. Rudeness and arrogance to the max

A friendly hardware store. They have about everything that you might need to fix up your house. I was looking for an extension cord for a project. They had several and I found the one I needed.

What a wonderful local hardware store. Not only do they have all the supplies you need locally, they are very helpful. We had our camper window shatter and the lady even helped me find a local glass company. Great experience if local skip Walmart, and go here. Support these incredible small town local businesses

All of this staff knows their business and can easily help you with yours. Staff knows their stock well and can/will help both novice and professional purchase exactly the right item. Returns handled quickly and easily. Many items are sold as single items so no need to purchase more than a homeowner needs. From garden to flooring, paint to tools.. they have it all. I do wish they would close later than noon on Saturday so they could service the slower week-end home and garden fixer upper folks. Asset to our community for sure.
