From sales to installation, my experience with Hudson’s Appliance was great! Larson and Matt installed our appliances fast and efficiently, and educated us on our new stove and dishwasher. Would definitely recommend!

I was very disappointed with the service department. I called about a leaking washer, the technician came to evaluate it at a cost of over $100. He called with the cost of repair, over $200. Made an appointment for a Monday between 8 and 12. No one had contacted me by 11 so I called and was told the part had not arrived. I asked why I wasn't told and my appointment canceled, she said it was on her list to do. I asked her not to set a new appointment until the part was received. A week later the technician came to repair my washer. While he was trying to get the repair done he broke another part. I was told they'd call me with a cost for that repair. I didn't receive a call within a week so I called. So far I'd been without a washer for 4 weeks. I was told the part wasn't available for that washer. It couldn't be repaired. I asked why I wasn't called and was told by the service manager that the technician should have called. I had already paid them over $300 and I was worse off than I was before. I needed to buy a new washer. I asked for a refund for this mess. She said I can get $66 for the parts. The manager of the store did not return my call but had the service manager that I'd been dealing with call me again. They ended up refunding a little over $100. I will not do business with them again. I find their customer service lacking follow through and accountability.

Colleen always provides great service in the showroom, answering my (many) questions and communicating often and well. Curtis and Matt removed my (extremely heavy) old range and delivered my new one. They worked quickly, cleanly, and also made sure I understood how my new range worked. Great service all around.

Had a washer/dryer delivered and installed in my apartment. Curtis and Matt were fast, efficient and very polite. They took great care when navigating through the doors and near walls so nothing was damaged and they made sure I knew how to operate the unit before they left. Couldn’t be happier!

On time. Excellent communication.
Very conscientious and careful! Respectful of property and home. Cleaned area and washer, placed washer and dryer in desired position and confirmed washer worked before leaving!

Aaron and his colleague arrived on time and were professional and friendly. Whilst there was a delay in getting my fridge/ freezer, Hudson’s were communicative through the process. I would definitely recommend Hudson’s for their friendly, prompt service.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Matthew and Dakota went well above and beyond with my delivery and installation. They were very kind and understanding with a not so good situation. Everyone here are very good to work with.
