They modified a cushion on my couch. They used the fabric from the lounge section to make a regular cushion. So no more lounge section sticking out in the way. I love it ? Thank you so much. I have a lot more room and its much easier to clean. I love the couch all over again! It only took a couple of days. They mostly do auto upholstery so fabric choices were mostly vinyl but we decided to use the fabric on the original cushion and it matches perfectly! What do you think ?.....

They do serious upholstery jobs here, things like heavy duty boat covers and boat seats, even "false mares". Didn't end up having my particular repair done here but looks like a very professional outfit (mine was way too lightweight and cheap to be worth repairing here).

It was the worst experience ever, was supposed to have the best upholstery service but got attacked for things their guys "didn't know" ? And that's my fault. Never have anyone in my life attack me instead of being kind and customer service they BLamed Me for their issues! I got scared and left..

Frank Johnston Upholstery in Redding, CA is the Best around! Our dear friend, Kathleen Davoli highly recommended Frank's shop when my truck's headliner and seat began to sag and show wear. I didn't realize how much of a hole I was sitting in until Frank and his crew created a new bench seat! And what a delight it was not to be concerned about the headliner dropping down over my head at the most inappropriate time! Thank you to Frank and his wife, Victoria and crew! Highly recommend!

Night and day difference after headlight polishing. Came out looking like a brand new truck!

They gave me an estimate for installing some upholstery. The next day when I picked up the seats they charged me double of what they originally quoted per hour. When I asked for the reason, their response was "because it is a Porsche that's why it is high, if it was a Toyota it will be different" so unprofessional and rude. It's about time Redding businesses like this focus more on customer service than ripping off people just because they drive a nice car. With big regrets, I would stay away from this business at all costs.
