My washing machine was getting off balance repeatedly, so I called Caesar’s Appliance to have it checked out. I’ve used them in the past a few times and have been very pleased with the results. This time, Ben came out and assessed my machine and quickly diagnosed it. When the part came in a few days later, he came back and repaired it quickly. This saved me a lot of money, as I did not need to replace my washing machine, which is certainly not very old. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and he quickly zeroed in on the problem and what would be needed to correct it. I felt very confident in his assessment. All the technicians at Caesar’s Appliance know what they’re talking about with these machines. It really makes a difference, not having to replace your machine, but to be able to get more use out of it, which is good in many ways. It’s great because it saves the customer money, and it also saves having more things discarded and thrown into landfills, items that could be reused if they were only repaired. Of course, sometimes a replacement is needed, and the techs at Caesar’s can also be relied upon to give an accurate assessment. I really appreciate the stellar service that I get from Caesar’s Appliance and I highly highly recommend this company for all of your appliance repairs. Thank you so much, Ben!

Once again I have had outstanding service with
Caesar's appliance. The service was easy to schedule, reasonable in cost, and efficiently performed. Highly recommend in So Orange County, Ca. Due to a miscommunication, I was late for my own appointment, and the technician even waited until my return. These characteristics are unusual these days. Definitely 5 stars!

Once again, I am incredibly happy with Caesar’s Appliance Service. I appreciate the call the night before regarding the appointment time, the call on the day of the appointment to report that the technician is approximately 20-30 minutes out, and the follow up phone call ensuring that the service was effective and efficient.

My technician, Vitaliy, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained and modeled instructions. And, to top it off - He recommended the perfect product to remove the hard water (white scum) from the inside my dishwasher. I immediately bought it and used it - My dishwasher looks brand new!

Sergio is great. In addition to a great personality, he was punctual, competent, answered all of my questions and fixed our washing machine issue for a fair price. Local company that has been around forever and I have used them for years. Called in the afternoon and they were out next day. Tech was a great guy who had been with the company for 30 years or so. He figured out the issue with our dryer right away. The price was lower than anticipated. Highly recommend!

The technician (AG) was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our refrigerator/freezer and had the replacement part on his truck which he quickly changed out.
