Take Exit 67 if north bound, turn right at light then immediately turn left at next light, go about 1.5 miles then turn right at 1st light, go thru second light, Ridout will be on your right.

Had a good experience with Ridout while building a house. They had a really efficient, competent cabinet guy, Blake, that had great ideas for laying out cabinets and would bring up points that you wouldn't think about. He was awesome, then i got transferred to a younger kid to take over the cabinets and he wasn't as attentive. Forgetful, slow to communicate via email or text, not as much experience. It ended up being ok bc the entire cabinet work-up was laid-out and designed by Blake but i was not impressed with the new guy. Everything else was a good experience, windows, doors, flooring, tile. They have a really good carpenter, Tim, who really knows his stuff. I don't know if he still works there. The women at the flooring center are great, too. Allison has a lot of good hints and tips for you and the other lady is quieter but exceptionally knowledgeable, as well. Never had any issues with deliveries, etc.

Lowest level of professionalism and quality I've ever experienced in my 15 years as a General Contractor working with material vendors. I ordered windows and doors through Ridout, and every detail of my experience was terrible. They miss-ordered materials over and over, errors causing delays 6 months long, their salesman wont return calls or texts and is always away and "busy". They were so disorganized that I ended up with a pile of materials I didn't want or order when it was finally done. They convinced me to keep a wrong swing door rather than ordering another because of the 14 week order time, they said they had a carpenter who could flip and mortise the door within 2 weeks. I agreed, but then it took Ridout more than 5 months to get that carpenter to my house after many failed promises, and now I have a door that wont close, needs new hinges, and the trim and drywall both need to be repaired and repainted. These are some of the many issues that you might experience with Ridout, but the bottom line here is if you want professional service, if you want to receive what you actually ordered, spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Ridout does not care about their customers.

Nice store but terrible customer service. After staff failed to return at least 5 calls the manager guaranteed us that he would locate our missing window and call us back by 5 pm. As of this morning we discovered he had gone on vacation and didn't help to resolve our issue or return our call.We have had this ptoblem since early October.Hopefully the corporate office will help to resolve this issue.I rarely rate a business with 1 star but this was well earned.Ridout is now resolving the issue so I raised the rating to 3 stars.Brian was very helpful and went out of his way to help.

I ordered a few interior doors and was told it will be sent in and would be in a week. Called a week later and said they would check on it, no return call to explain status. Called a week later again and the salesperson I talked to was not in. Left a message, never received a phone call. A month has passed and another excuse of "I was in the hospital" at that time my patience was running out and gave him another chance. Let's just say, 2 months later and still nothing. Their lost, since I work with one of the biggest rental properties in NWA. I could put his name on here, but I'm not going to stoop that low.

From the moment I was on the phone with Gary to the time I left the store it was a VERY helpful experience! I was needing a quote on materials for lifting a floor and he helped me every step of the way! As well as the lady in the flooring department! She was there to answer all my questions?

The sales associate was very friendly and extremely helpful. He helped me pick out all of the exterior doors and then got them keyed to work on the same key in short order.

They handled our carpet installation for our new home. We had to have one room replaced because of the seam. The living room now needs to be replaced because of the seam and where it hits the tile. It has only been about 15 months. Apparently, they stretched the carpet on the bottom stair and stapled it to fit. The staples have now come undone and wood is showing. Anyone know a good carpet company?
