Ok ... LOVE this location... Done online orders and in person. Each and EVERY interaction with this staff is warm and genuine. Not to mention it smells great!! Love my Anthem store!!

My home store staff is amazing. They have events and really go above and beyond at the Anthem Outlet location. Love to go in every time I am in the area. The products are great and I love checking g out the seasonal scents!

Not one employee said hi when I walked in and I went in at 730, no one was in the store. There was 3 employees in the back eating and 1 on the floor stocking. After about 10mins Karen came out from the back and asked if I needed any help, I had 4 things in my hand and she said " oh looks like you need a basket" I didn't I was pretty much done. She went over the sales but was unsure what they really were exactly. Just overall horrible customer service when you have 4 people in the store.

I just love this location! Every time I go in, everyone is super friendly and always helpful:) Today Becky and Kennedy were the best greeters you could ask for:) the location is always stocked and clean and it’s a nice size, you don’t feel smooshed when you’re trying to shop:)
