We had a great experience at this TMobile store! Charlotte did an excellent job at making the phone trade-in and upgrade process easy and fun, even though it took some extra time. The manager Josh was also great help through the process! We will definitely be coming back to this location!

I had a great experience a few weeks ago. I had Edgar, Morgan and Miguel help me out. I had a phone that was just way too old and seeing its last days, and they were able to help me trade in my phone for a newer one. I was able to restructure part of the contract as well, which was important. They gave me open details about all the options and what it can do to benefit me. Surprisingly, I didnt take the cheapest deal, as they were able to show me why it would be beneficial to go with a different plan in the long run. I had my kids with me as well, and they were very patient and understanding with their shenanigan's. Currently I live about 30 minutes away, I was just on my way to taking kiddos to grandparents, however I think this will be the store I go to in the future. despite the drive. Also to the three of them, Go Eagles! Thanks for the great chats and all the help.

Jeremiah Williams did a terrific job in fixing the problem I was having with my cell phone. He listened to what problems I was having and took the time to resolve them and answered all of my questions. He is a terrific asset to T Mobile and is a great agent for them. A+

Thank you to Jeremiah for helping me with everything I needed for the home internet and making sense of my account. I’m so glad i switched, my T-Mobile internet has been great and cost a lot less. I highly recommend!

This place SUCKS!!!! the white guy manager got my shit all messed up, from pass word to pretty much everything. I can't even log into my crap. Anthem is so crappy and literally over rated.

I went into T-Mobile to get a couple phones but I just decided not to and I left well then a month later I went to T-Mobile off of Union hills and cave Creek and I was going to get one phone and the gentleman told me that I was in the fraud and in collections so he couldn't help me get a phone and he said it out loud for everybody in the whole story to hear it I was mortified he got the front part taken care of I was there but then you told me to go to the anthem store I went to begin with to figure out what was going on so I did when I went there a gentleman was working and he told me that I was a liar that I never came into the store and never happened because it wasn't in his computer he called me a liar at least five times before I got customer service on the phone to show him that you know I was not lying it's exactly what I said happened happened which was the gentleman that helped me the first time opened up three SIM cards and didn't close them out so they were charging me for those SIM cards and I was already in collections cuz I know nothing about it I never signed nothing nothing nothing for them to open any thing in my name but they did and did not document it I was totally humiliated mortified called a liar everybody in the store heard that I was in collections and fraud department I was so embarrassed I just cannot believe that this is the way T-Mobile treats their customers. I'm very hurt and disgusted with the way I was treated I've never been treated so badly in my life called a liar over and over again I wish I never went in there.

Would love to give a higher rating as the sales reps were very nice. Unfortunately, lack of knowledge with promotions caused us a bad experience. Got a bit of a run around. Locked in now and minus the great phones we were made to pay off and surrender. Equally our fault as we should have walked away after the confusion and constant switching of promotions that were only for their benefit. Update. One year later... can't wait to switch. Still stuck paying for the free phones we didn't need or want. Stay away from these people.

Charlotte and Joe were a great help to us. We had questions about our phones as well as billing. They were patient with our numerous inquiries. Thank you both.
