By far the most unprofessional small business I was ever referred to.
They came highly recommended by a local contractor, I called and asked to create and account and then gave them the list of items I needed. It took almost 2 weeks to finally get back to me to confirm the list I needed. I had to contact them because it was a complete run around while I twiddled my thumbs waiting. Once the list of items to order was confirmed, I was hit up multiple times via phone and email (because of course they want that money). I was told (in written proof) that the only items that would e delayed were 3 items. We confirmed AGAIN before I paid that everything will be here two weeks from that date (of running my card). Yesterday was the 2 week deadline, and last Friday I spoke with Noah to confirm that the items will be here this week (as we are waiting for the items for inspection) and he said absolutely confirmed to be there before Thursday. So I called yesterday to confirm the date I need to have people ready to receive the order delivery, just to find out that he's waiting on Kohler to get back to him because he's not sure now. Today is the day after the 2 week deadline, Noah called me (I didn't have to hunt him down) to let me know that the Rep from Kohler called him to tell him that some of the items will start coming in this week. WHAT Some of the items just started shipping So... the YES you will get all the item except the 3 on back order (please give me your money) was a complete lie and I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
As the owner I called to speak with the owner of All Florida Supply and I tried figuring the issue out. He interrupted me, started being very unprofessional, calling me "Sport" and saying we called every 5 minutes. Guess what? I have a complete phone history report. We spoke maybe 4-5 times in over 15 days. A couple reminder and confirmations emails were sent by my company to make sure everything was on track (because it's a lot of money) and I did not yet have my own relationship with this business to know they were reliable. As a small business owner, of multiple businesses, I have never treated my customers this way. I am pretty sure that the staff made promises they couldn't deliver and rather than taking responsibility they blamed me!
Also... BUYER BEWARE... once I decided to write this review to keep everyone else from dealing with this I saw 2 recent reviews both saying the same issue with the owner. Apparently there's a down hill spiral.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, the only place to go for your plumbing and electrical needs or questions after 50+ years the quality of service has not changed. Excellent highly recommend when you're talking about pricing and today's market. There is no other place to get the better deal a fair deal Holly Hill and Edgewater both locations fantastic.

If I could give them zero stars I would! There is an old man in there that is rude talks over you doesn’t let you speak! He should be ashamed of himself!! It seems he’s been rude to other customers as well from other reviews! I bought a sprinklerhead from these people and it didn’t work so I had to return and I was trying to explain to the seller what was happening with my sprinkler head and the boss came over and in a loud voice told me to basically shut up and listen to him I guess he saw a female an thought I didn’t know what I was talking about ? so I listened and did exactly what he told me when I got home but just like a thought it didn’t work! This time I recorded it on my cell phone so he could see what was going on and what I was trying to tell him earlier! He was the one that didn’t know what he was talking bout and I did! Had he listened to me the first time I wouldn’t have had to go back to the store 3 times! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! And STOP being RUDE old man!! I will NEVER return to this store again!!!

I bought a bathroom set from this store, the installer told me to return it because something is wrong, there are missing parts. I tried to explain the situation to the seller, but while we were talking, the very nervous boss intervened and the fact that I have an accent, he told me to leave the store. When I asked him that he is not allowed to talk to customers so badly, even if I ask several times, he had an attitude unworthy of a patron. The question is...he is nervous or he doesn't like those who have an accent?I am USA citizen

Excellent counter service. I brought the stem valve in off of my tub faucet and had no idea of the brand. The gentleman took it back and look for about 5 or so minutes and brought me out two matches.
