Brand new store. Very nice, bright, clean, and well stocked. It’s also a convenient location though the area can be a bit difficult to navigate with the traffic flow. If it gets busy the isles are pretty narrow so you might have difficulty navigating. Plus, the layout is not super simple to figure out on the first run but that’s probably intentional. Overall a good addition to the neighborhood.

Went into the store for the first time on a Monday at 6, only 2 other customers in the store and 5 employees. Walked the entire store and never found what I was looking for. The cashiers in the front didn’t even bother to stop their conversation to greet me much less offer me help. Store was clean and organized but it’s still new. Won’t be visiting that location again, will stick with the one in Holly Hill on US1. Disappointed as this one is practically at my house and exactly 1/2 way between both big box stores

Bhavin was extremely friendly and helpful. Had some trouble finding a few things and the correct size and he was more than happy to offer to help me find it. The store is very clean and you can really tell that they take pride in their store. Kris was such a sweet cashier. Being a female walking into a hardware store is quite intimidating Bhavin made it a much less intimidating experience.

Went to a couple stores for a Stihl chainsaw replacement chain with no luck. Walked into this Ace store and was pleasantly greeted and the 2 gentleman who helped were fabulous and found exactly what I needed. Will definitely be back and thank you!!

Somebody from corporate needs to visit this store and get this place up to Aces standards.

Aside from the aisles being way too narrow, I’ve been in 4 times and had 4 negative experiences. I had a guy argue with me about what a machine screw is, going against the labels right in front of our eyes. Another time an employee didn’t know the difference between a drill and a driver. And today I tried to get some sand, and was charged for the wrong product twice. I ended up overpaying and decided to lose the dollar instead of going back to the front.

Bottom line, a successful hardware store needs to be run by staff that at least understand the basics about what they are selling. I’ll be going back to the other locally owned hardware stores, this place is very poorly run… upper management is the problem.

Nice new store! Parking lot is a little tight but other than that it’s nice. Kris is a great help and she was very friendly and knew where everything was! I will definitely be going back!

Maybe training on customer service for ALL customers could be possible? My partner and I walked in after a gentleman and Kris Dziki did not greet my partner and I, I had to make the initial, "good morning, how you doing," I didn't even get a reply. Walking around the store, I couldn't find an item and went into the front, her and I made eye contact multiple times and another team associate asked if she could assist me, which she did. In the isle, a customer was in front of us and got a wonderful attitude of uplifting commentary and got a have a good day and come back, my partner and I didn't even get a hello, how was your shopping experience, we got a dismissive and dry, "do you have a membership" i again initiated the, "have a great day and thanks for being open." ACE has a reputation for being the straight white rich store and unfortunately I ran into some of that ignorance today. I know in 2024, yous can do better, but no expectations.
