I have been buying my appliances here since 1998. Great store and great people. I bought a new dishwasher this morning and it is already installed. Will not shop anywhere else. Check them out, they are great!

Just purchased a new Whirlpool wall oven from Judy at Zellner's. Judy was so helpful during our selection process with providing printouts with dimensions, photos, etc. to make sure the oven would fit our space. Purchased on a Saturday and the new oven was installed by Zellner's first thing Monday morning. Delivery, installation and haul off of our old oven was all INCLUDED in our price. The entire process took less than 20 minutes! The big box stores simply do not provide those services without charging you extra!!

Have not shopped or used them but from the driving alone i will not use them. Instead of waiting at their red light they decided to cross over into my lane. I had to lock up my brakes just so I didn't hit them and almost put me in a ditch.

We always shop here because they are local. However, after buying a freezer and it going out, they will not stand behind the product that they’ve sold and are pawning us off on the manufacturer, who cannot fix it for almost a month. They could very easily give us a new freezer and fix and sell the freezer they sold us. I should have followed my gut and just gone with amazon. I shop local when I can because people tend to stand behind the products they sell. Zellners does not.

Loved our experience with Zellner's! When we walked in the door, we were immediately greeted by Mrs Judy. She started by educating us about the features and things to look for and consider when shopping for a washer and dryer. I loved that she started by educating us because it empowered us as buyers, and also signaled that we were in very capable hands!

She also didn't push us to spend more than we'd planned, and even asked why we were looking to replace our current washer/dryer set and gave us troubleshooting tips to see if they could be fixed instead of replaced.

When we picked out our set, the purchase process was easy, and they offer 12 months, same as cash, from Synchrony.

Lots of folks (myself included!) assume that big box stores are always going to be cheaper than the local shops, but I keep being proven wrong. Zellner's was no exception. Their prices were VERY competitive. We started off at a big box store to get a baseline for price comparison, and when we went to Zellner's, their prices were right in line OR CHEAPER. Delivery, hoses/plugs, set up for the new machines, and haul off the old machines were all included, too, which was both convenient and cost-effective.

Delivery was there right when they said they'd be, and called ahead, too. Super professional and a great overall experience.

We haven't had to have anything serviced since the set is brand new, but I love that when/if we do, we'll just call Zellner's up because they service what they sell. Seriously, great folks that couldn't have made the buying any easier.

5 star experience. It's worth finding time to go when they're open, even if you have to go on your lunch break.

We purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from Zellner's, and paid the extra $90 to have the dishwasher installed. The appliances were delivered last week, and we are not at all satisfied with the dishwasher installation.

First of all, the installers were just going to leave without saying anything about the dishwasher not fitting properly. When the installers went outside after saying they were finished with the install, I noticed rubber sticking out on the right-hand side of the dishwasher, and it was not flush with the countertop as it should be. My husband ran outside and was able to catch the installers before they left. The main installer came inside and told us that our cabinets would need to be cut in order to get the dishwasher to fit properly, which really didn't make sense to us since we had just removed our old dishwasher from the same space. We said okay, and the installer left. We didn't press the issue, because it was clear that the installer had done all he was going to do.

Yesterday, we pulled the dishwasher out and were able to put it back in without any issues. It seems that either the electrical line, drain hose, or water line were keeping the dishwasher from going all the way back into the cabinet space.

I called Zellner's this morning to explain the situation, and immediately began to be questioned by the man that I was speaking to. He was asking me how old my house was, etc(which is irrelevant). He told me that he would relay the information and that I would be getting a call from the "boss lady." A few hours later, I received a call from Judy who had an attitude from the very beginning. She said that the installers had told her that we weren't ready for a dishwasher and that we had a bunch of extra cords in the dishwasher space - all false information. I requested a refund for the $90 installation fee since we had to pull the dishwasher out and take the time to install it properly. Judy flat said she would NOT refund our money, and instead basically placed blame on us which I find to be ridiculous. Essentially, we paid $90 for absolutely nothing.

Our initial interaction and purchase at Zellner's was positive, but it seems that they want nothing to do with the customer once they have their money. This situation was very off-putting and I would not recommend Zellner's, simply because their customer service(or lack there-of) is terrible. I wish I had read more reviews before purchasing from them, but have now learned my lesson.

We needed a new washer pronto and I didn’t have time to run all over town. I called Zellner’s and got friendly help over the phone to get just what I wanted and my husband was able to drive over, make the purchase and bring home the new washer. I am always happy to support locally owned businesses!
