Figure I finally owe them a review! Good quality and good workmanship. No remodel goes 100% perfectly, but I put a huge value in making good on mistakes or imperfections. A countertop was cut incorrectly and they owned the mistake and fixed it promptly. Something else needed a tweak and they came back to fix, no questions asked, and this is after they received payment. Trustworthy and take pride in their name. Jorge and Shelby are really nice to work with and treat you kindly. They always answer emails and don’t ghost which is worth its weight in gold.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have been recommended YK&B for my new kitchen. Jorge Lledo was so professional and helpful when designing the kitchen, pantry, laundry room and master bath. It felt like he was in my brain and knew exactly what I wanted. The entire process from designing, to ordering, to delivery was excellent. The carpenter sent to install it all, Shelby, was amazing as well. He was efficient, quick, professional and just did a superb job. It's so hard to find not only wonderful customer service, but just a company that can deliver on quality and we definitely found this with Your Kitchen & Bath. I highly recommend them if you're looking to upgrade things around your house.

Representative Eddy Perez service exceptional very professional was able to help find what I need it very knowledgeable with the product and was able to provide same day delivery awesome customer service. We ordered bathroom vanity, sink, faucet and mirror. After 6 months the mirror started to deteriorate from the corners. Eddy put in warranty to replace. The problem was I needed to hire someone to remove it to send back and then they would send a new one and I would pay someone else to install. Poor customer service or lack there of, I will never buy anything from them again and would recommend to buy elsewhere. I never said it was glued, your employee Eddy told the manufacture it was. I only know I paid someone to install and should not have to incur costs to remove and replace due to warranty. I also was told originally by Eddy the would bring my mirror on the Monday after I came in to file claim. And at that point could swap. Once again feel free to change your story to hide the poor service and lack of warranty.

It has been a year since the installation and completion of work. Since then the flaw in installation is seen all over. I have also called YKB for service and their reply is that I need to find someone to provide service to the cabinets because they don't do that. I am disappointed that they don't even care enough to fix their shabby work. Also my dishwasher needed repair from BestBuy and it was framed in with cabinetry and can not be moved from it's current location. I would have to pay someone to take off the trim and replace it after the dishwasher is fixed. Conclusion, find yourself someone that cares about you and their product every step of the way and not only when they need your money.

Somehow GOOGLE Review does not allow me to reply to your response. No one from your company ever came to view the finished product so I am not sure why you would say my beautiful kitchen. I stopped complaining because no one listened. I was told to contact the installer myself even back then and the installer stopped responding to me. I had to fix the issues that surfaced back then out of pocket just to get it done. You can pass the buck on the new issue of the dishwasher being enclosed by cabinets if you like BUT your installer should have never covered the unit in a way that the appliance cannot come out. That is basic installation. Things brake and things get replaced. If you cover appliances with cabinets then cabinets have to be broken in order for appliances to come out. When I called, at NO POINT was I told to give you a chance to fix the major flaw. I was told we don't do that any longer and find your own solution which is a poor answer to your installation mistake. Sorry for your father's passing.
