At first the light didn’t come on, I contacted the company and I got an immediate response. They suggested I check to see the light was turned on. I asked my grandsons to take it down and check. Sure enough they had missed the button to turn it on. I’m thrilled check out these pictures. To the Company huge thanks for their service after sale it’s fast. I love the results!

I ordered a replacement canopy bag off Amazon from Yescom and it was to big, the company Yescom was more that happy to take it back, the company did not inform me before I sent a replacement canopy bag back that they were keeping 18.43 from the 42.69 I paid for this bag, "for return Shipping Fee Refund Deduction" they never said that there was return Shipping Fee. And sent a different email not on the amazon chat that we had been using, so amazon would not see it? The only thing that they stated is that "If the product returned not in the original box and can not be restocked, there is a restocking fee from your full refund. We will issue a refund after the item arrived and inspected in our warehouse." That was from the first time they sent me a message on June 13th, if I had known that they were going to be keeping almost half of my money for shipping, I would have keep the product and not sent it back. I feel like this is stealing from there customers and a very dishonest way to run a business. I have filed a company complaint with Amazon about Yescom.
This is what was sent to me in a separate email on July 4th at 2:29am:

11/8/21 Update: customer service reached out and sent replacement knobs.

If I could give zero stars I would. My treadmill desk arrived on September 22. I put everything together and discovered that the knobs that hold the desk height were missing. I contacted customer service and their solution was for me to find a replacement bolt at the hardware store. That's not a solution for me. They decided that the next option was to send me a whole new treadmill. What? That's easier/cheaper than finding me replacement knobs? Whatever. The replacement treadmill arrived today (10/22) and guess what?!? Both knobs were sticking out of the box since the box was damaged in shipping. One of the knobs was scuffed up and the other one is completely broken off. I tried to contact them via the "24/7 live chat" and gave up after waiting for 45 minutes. I've had my desk for a month and have not been able to use it for its intended purpose.

Don't fall for the USA in their name. My treadmill says made in China and customer service is definitely not American based.

Great service and quality products! Most people would never think of leaving good feedback unless they feel wronged this isn't fair. Yescom is incredibly cooperative and will go above and beyond for you.

I ordered an umbrella from Yescom and I am regretting it.
I do not have a printer nor access to print a return label and, I don’t have a way to take this heavy umbrella to a store to be returned and I shouldn’t have to.

I am simply asking for the seller or Amazon to UPS mail me a return label and, the seller needs to have someone pick this very heavy umbrella up.

I do not want or need it because it doesn’t fit the existing umbrella base that I already had.
Therefore, the seller should pick it up the same way that it was delivered.

If the seller is willing to provide me with an umbrella base that fits this umbrella I will be willing to keep it.

I am a disabled USMC veteran and this situation is causing me undue stress. In addition, I do not have anyone to help me.

I look forward to your response in this matter.

This company is unprofessional, and they take advantage. I returned an item that the box never was opened, also, I returned in the same box of Amazon, again, I never opened the box. I returned it same day, and now they have an excuse saying that I opened the box just to charge re=storage fee. Be careful with this company. they take your money unfairly.
