NOT EVEN TRIED... Technician arrived super late in afternoon, came in regular sedan and no uniform. Tried to diagnose my dryer problem using his phone only, barely touching my Samsung dryer 4 yrs old. Gave me price to fix replacing mother boards (2) for over $675 and to receive parts would take about a week. Said 4 yrs is all these Samsung dryers and washers last. Recommendation: buy new one, best to get Whirlpool. Ten mins later I paid service call of $85 and goodbye. Frustrated, I went to YouTube and reprogrammed my dryer using its regular buttons, a WHOLE 2 MINUTES. And my dryer is WORKING!!! Live and learn, DON'T CALL this place!!!! 🙄Thank you YouTube. 68 year old woman writing this 👵 BTW DRYER STILL WORKING PERFECTLY (3 days later) after heavy use.

Made an appointment to repair an oven and was given a scheduled appointment for 9 to 11 am with a 30 minute call ahead of arrival of the tech. by 10:30am I started calling to see if the tech was going to be arriving and all they could say was either that tech was not answering and to call back, or that they would give me a call back to let me know (they never called) after calling several times to ensure what was happening it took to about 1:30 to let me know they had to reschedule because the tech was on another job. Extremely poor customer service.

Something’s wrong with our stove yesterday. I called Y & R Hialeah Appliance Solutions to attend with the problem and they came right away to repair the problem. They did it effortlessly. Five stars for a job well done!!
