I'm writing to express my gratitude for the service and attention I received at Woodleys Longmont. I worked with several people; however, my main experience was with Sean Cain who was absolutely amazing. I needed to transition my mother who was in memory care in Wyoming to Colorado. Beginning the process, I knew I would need some new furniture for her new room that would fit the limited dimensions we were given at her new facility. We started out going to American Furniture and were quickly disappointed and began the search elsewhere. I hadn't shopped at Woodleys prior to this; however, they had great quality furnishings and were willing to go the extra mile to work with me to find things that would fit the space. In the end this was the best decision I made was to spend a little more and get both quality and excellent customer service. Sean and his team were wonderful and helped me to select pieces that both fit and worked with the special needs I had for my mother. I can say, as future needs arise for furniture, I will start my search there. I was impressed with the level of care and service I received and I'm grateful to the team who helped me get my mother's room situated in time for the transition. While there were a few minor hiccups, Sean and team quickly and efficiently stepped up each time to resolve them. They were amazing didn't make me feel awkward about needing their help. In the end, I was both pleased with the purchase and the level of attention and service I received. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing furniture.

We have purchased a TV stereo console, wood side tables and a Stanton sofa lounger set from Woodleys. We are thrilled to find a store that sells real wood furniture in a mix of styles and some with companies that can custom build with your choice of wood, finish, leg style, edge style, etc. We worked with Pete and Linda. The delivery guys were great, very careful with items.. True professionals, traditional quality service, great prices for higher quality furniture. Of note...while there may be some items that are good, better, best, the quality is overall higher than big box stores. Its very important to test the floor models out throughly to see if you like the feel of cushions, arms, back height etc. Some are made to be softer than others. We prefer harder cushions and straighter backs which is why we chose a custom Stanton sofa lounger. Furniture will wear different depending on number of people using it, how they use it pets, etc. Be aware items that are ordered custom or from manufacturer may take longer than the estimate. That's just how it is with supply chains. Not Woodley's fault. In response to Mr. GBCs post...yes if money is tight you can go to American Furniture and get cheaper items that will last only a few years. However if you shop at say Ashley or Sam Levitts, they charge thousands for poor quality furniture. The price with great sales offers I paid for soild wood furniture made in USA or another country was excellent for the item. To each their own.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. However, the furniture is overpriced. Even with a sale. Your average consumer could not afford the place. The different types of furniture are of above average quality. Lead times for special order deliveries are very far out. If you have money to burn and don't mind the wait for special order deliveries, this is the place for you. Average folk will probably be happier shopping elsewhere.

Found just what we wanted! Very helpful staff! Delivery was excellent and they showed up when they said they would. The table and chairs were set up right where we wanted and we're very clean.
