We had a fantastic first experience at Woodley’s furniture. We were greeted and then left alone to shop at our leisure which is my preferred shopping experience! It was easy to find an associate if we had questions, but it didn’t feel as though they were lurking and pressuring you to purchase.
The transaction was quick, easy, and explained very well. We chose an item that was in stock, so the wait time was fantastic. Delivery was also incredibly smooth and painless. Delivery actually occurred a bit earlier than the estimated time window with a call from the driver for permission. They set up our table quickly and efficiently, and were very courteous about being in our home. A really great experience and we will definitely be back to purchase furniture in the future!

We really love our new leather couches from Woodleys! We had a very good service/sales experience (low pressure, high touch), we paid a fair price for a quality product (we waited to buy until their big sale!), and when the couches were delivered with the wrong style feet they quickly made it right.

I appreciate a well-run business that puts it's customers first - I give Woodley's in Centennial my highest recommendation.

I worked with Desiree Luth for a new living room set and she was wonderful!! My 2 boys were with me and running around acting like 2 boys in a furniture store and she was so patient, kind, and showed me the exact set I ended up getting. All my pieces were delivered in under 1 week! I’ve never had that with furniture before. I will see Desiree for all of my needs in the future

I had a great experience at Woodley’s tonight. David helped me out with a screaming deal on an ottoman that is apparently great (wife says so, I guess it has to be). We got in and out of there very quickly. Shay packed it up very securely and helped me load it into my car. We walked in 30 minutes before closing and David was still nice and willing to help, not rushing us out the door. He was kind, professional, and not pushy at all. I never thought I would meet someone who hates ohio as much as I do, but I stand corrected. David and I bonded over experiences of having to deal with people from ohio. Not fun. They’re typically not smart and tend to be rude. Go Blue. Stop in and ask for David to hook you up with new furniture, unless you’re from Ohio (then go jump off a bridge).

Terrible firsttime Woodleys' experience that's still ongoing. In January 2017, we paid $1300 for a new Howard Miller bar console. Waited 4+ weeks only to receive a broken item. Having paid a lot of money (for us anyway) we expected a pristine, brand new bar console. Instead of simply replacing it, we're being told that Woodleys needs to attempt to repair it first. The broken piece (see photos) is significant in that it holds middle swivel section in place and the wood that should hold screws is stripped. Woodleys customer service out of Longmont is adamant on having a service technician try to repair it first. After a week of calls and emails, still no technician and we'll likely have to take time off work to meet them at house. If item has to be replaced, we're now looking at April to receive an item paid in full in January.

No discount or credit has been mentioned or offered despite receiving a brand new BROKEN item that cost $1300. Despite all the other positive reviews, our experience has been awful so far. It's hard to fathom us being a repeat customer at Woodleys. Buyer beware if your item is damaged or broken and you have to deal with customer service.

I can't say enough about the customer service from Woodley's! It is quite exemplary!

We worked with Robin when we were considering purchasing a replacement sectional. She was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the process. Robin listened to our needs and concerns and helped us find the perfect solution. If we need to purchase any more furniture in the future, Robin/Woodley's will be our "go to" place!

I would highly recommend this store to be your first stop...it will probably be your last.

It was a pleasure! We dealt with Jeremy Miller at the Centennial location on Colorado Blvd.
We purchased/ordered a beautiful couch and matching swivel/recliner chair. Jeremy was incredibly helpful , knowledgeable, never pushed us to purchase, just made us feel at home. Our furniture arrived earlier than expected, and the quality is just amazing. We could not be happier with the overall experience.
If you are in the market for excellent quality and service to match, visit Jeremy at Woodleys in Centennial.
We actually recomended the store and Jeremy to our very good friends, who have also ordered furniture through him and are awaiting the arrival of their order, and very pleased with their experience as well.

This is our second time doing business with Woodleys. We should have learned our lesson the first time. I'll say, our furniture is beautiful, but overpriced. Dealing with this team is less than desirable. Sale 1-Our salesperson messed up on the quote and left off a section of the sofa. Then came back nonchalant telling us we owed $3000 more for her mistake. When I told her no, just cancel the order that's outside our budget she responded with "that's fine, we aren't making any money off you anyway". Manager made this right which is why we decided to give them another chance. Huge mistake.

Sale 2-Our salesperson promised us the world including 0% financing and 4-6 week delivery at the most. He then quit, with no followup. Our table took 4 months, and when the delivery guy dropped it off, we had to pay the balance because he never submitted the finance paperwork with all our personal information.

Won't be back. I advise you to shop elsewhere with more competent employees.
