I have been to this store a few times now. I have bought my refrigerator and my washer and dryer set here. Damien was so helpful! He provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions! Very knowledgeable about all the products. I was impressed with the prices as well. I couldn't of been happier. Will definitely be back for future appliance needs!

I loved the store , bought some appliances, started making payments. Then one day it didn’t allow me to make a payment, come to find out the store had went bankrupt and was sold to one store then to another , then another . So my information is going around to different accounts. I tried paying it this month again on my own and I couldn’t, is anyone else having this problem. I have to wait until someone from the company calls me so that I could make a payment. I haven’t gotten anything in the mail as to who I’m paying, I don’t think this is right . I’ll have to report this to the credit bureau.

I bought my washer & dryer set here. Got a great deal on them! A few months later, I went to get a dishwasher for my mom because hers broke. I went for a simple one. Paid. Scheduled delivery and installation. I went to my mom's and let her know, but the day I scheduled didn't work for her. I reached out to WL Appliances and they were so easy going about the change of delivery date.

The night before the delivery, the manager, Damien, reached out to let me know that the dishwasher I had selected had a leak in the wall. He offered another , better quality, dishwasher at no extra charge. It did have a couple of huge dents around the handle, which I was ok with, but he wasn't. Damien offered to get a whole separate door at no extra charge.

This has been the best customer service experience I've ever had. Damien really knows his stuff and works extra hard to make sure that the customer leaves happy. I don't think I'll ever get appliances anywhere else.
