We purchased a $55,000 pre-hang machine from Wise Parts and Services after they came highly recommended. Initially, we were excited about the purchase, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. After paying for the machine in full, we were blindsided by an additional invoice for labor services, which was vaguely referenced in the contract. The contract simply stated that labor is “priced separately” but failed to disclose any rates or details about what those charges would entail.

The worst part? They hit us with an outrageous $4,000 bill after the fact. This included gas, labor, and hours spent fixing their error—the machine was delivered configured for interior use instead of exterior use, which required their technician to spend eight hours making adjustments. Despite this being their fault, the owner of Wise Parts and Services refused to take responsibility. We tried to work with them and generously offered to pay half of the labor costs, which felt incredibly unfair but was an attempt to resolve the issue.

What followed was even worse: we received a collections notice for a mere $1,500 and have been harassed with calls demanding payment. This, after we spent over $60,000 with their company! As a business owner since 2008, I would never treat my clients this way, especially when they’ve already paid their bills and raised valid concerns about unexpected charges.

Surprises like a $4,000 post-purchase bill are unacceptable. Wise Parts and Services’ approach is misleading, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of care for long-term customer relationships. If you’re considering purchasing from them, I highly recommend reading every line of their contract carefully, as it’s designed to catch you off guard.

This company makes you feel like a criminal if you question their charges, even after you’ve paid what was agreed upon. They don’t value their customers and are more concerned about nickel-and-diming you than fostering trust. Writing a bad review is not something I do lightly, but in this case, I feel it’s necessary to advise others. They have a 3 star review for a reason.
