Wilson’s Appliance is a 5 star Appliance store. I sent my families preferences on what we were looking for in a new dishwasher and they replied that same day with the perfect option! They went above and beyond with communication through our whole experience and were very professional! I highly recommend using Wilson’s Appliances for your next purchase! Also Ben and Bobby the installation Techs were amazing super respectful held a conversation with me the entire install and answered all my questions! Customer service I can tell is of the upmost importance to Wilson’s!! Great Job guys and Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing service in purchase and delivery. The delivery crew went way beyond what might be expected as the Speed Queen Washer had to be installed into tight space where dryer was disconnected before they came. Removed old washer and made new one fit and reconnected the gas dryer including vent. while both were outstanding I only got the name of Christian who was above outstanding. Set up washer and gave detailed operating instructions. Amazing and I highly recommend them. I might also say that they delivery crew arrived very timely.

Wilson’s Appliances has come to my rescue for the second time. First when my washer broke at the worst possible time they got my new washer out the same day. Yesterday I called and spoke with Averi on the phone and she got me the exact dryer I wanted and set it up for delivery the very next day. She handled everything over the phone and I didn’t have to run all over town shopping for the best price. The delivery men were very nice, polite and professional. I will definitely call Wilson’s next time I need a new appliances. Great, friendly, local business.

I was in desperate need of a washing machine and couldn't find anyone that had them in stock and could deliver the day of or next day. So thankful I found Wilson's Appliances. I spoke with Ryan on the phone, told him what I wanted, we pulled the washer up on their website, I said yes, and purchased over the phone. He would have delivered that day but I wasn't available. Christopher delivered the next day and was very professional and kind and did an amazing job making sure everything was hooked up correctly. It was the smoothest transaction I have ever done! I would highly recommend Wilson's. They are friendly and I love helping out local businesses.

Had a wonderful purchase experience with Wilson’s Appliances. Avari was my sales contact and she answered questions fully, very professional and communicated as needed.
