I grew up here and Williams and Charlie have been here since I can remember. But they seem to have new hours and close at 3 on Saturday. I don’t understand it, but it’s not my company. But since I’ve been sitting here for 5 minutes I can tell you they are losing a lot of money. A least a dozen cars have pulled in over 5 minutes

Best costumer service experience you'll ever find at a hardware store. Help is always available and everybody knows what you need and where it is. They have almost anything you can find at homedepot or lowes at cheaper prices and they'll help you find it fast.

They have been in business for over 40 years (more or less) in the same location for a reason. Great people and great service. It's refreshing to walk into a business and be treated like a valued customer. I thought I was given a special treatment because my affiliation with a property management company but a few minutes in the store and you see that everyone is treated in a special way.

This is my very favorite hardware store!
They will do re-screening, window repairs & so much more, while you wait! They have the best customer service! Expert advice for any home repair or remodeling project is given freely. I have been a patron for approximately 40 years. Just can't praise them enough!

Local hardware with everything one need for do it yourself. Helpful attendants every time.
Once they did not have a product at beginning of Covid and they got my contact info. Forgot about it and 6 month latter I got a call that they received them and are holding one for me. Great service.

Excellent local store with service you can't get anywhere else! Very knowledgeable & helpful staff! Prices are a bit above big box stores, but you don't get this kind of help & service in a big box store!! Plus it's locally owned & operated!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! If they don't have what you need, they'll know where to send ya!

From out of town and saw that Williams hardware had a great review. I went right before they closed and they were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. I met all 6 of them and couldn't be more pleased
