Came in to buy a necklace for my pendant and get it polished... Brian, the owner, polished it for free and bought a silver necklace for a reasonable price. I had a great conversation with the owners and now I will be coming here for any of my jewelry needs. I LOVE local places that provide great customized service and this place is one of them. Brian has over 20 yrs experience and he learned from his dad so this is a legacy type business and comes highly recommended by me. ?

For my birthday this year, I wanted to have my grandmothers 1950’s ring restored with he white sapphire stones replaced with diamonds. The ring had been worn continuously since she got it in the 1950’s until she died, and I haven’t taken it off much since I got it when I was 13, so needless to say, it was badly beaten. One of the stones had gone missing 5 years ago and the stones were so beaten that a jeweler once told my mom he couldn’t tell what kind of stone was even in the ring had we not known. Williams Jewelry is right by my parents place and was one of the places they went for an estimate. They had a very reasonable price and had done good work for my dad before so they went with them and we were not disappointed! They built up the prongs and put in the diamonds we wanted, added more gold, and just made the ring look brand new. I cried when I got it and couldn’t be happier! I’ve received so many compliments on it since from people who have seen me wearing it for years. My grandmother would have been so proud of it. Thank you guys for taking good care of one of my most prized possessions.

Will add photos when I get my rings back. This is not the first time I have used Williams..they are wonderful. Hence why I took my work there again. Dustin and crew are awesome. Got them back and they are beautiful..such a wonderful job. Can't seem to post pics..darn it.

Don't waist your time. We gave them a ring to repair. They said they would have to ship it off, they didn't. They said it would take 2 weeks, took 2 months. When they said come pick it up, it's finished, it wasn't. A diamond was still missing out of the band. We will take the ring elsewhere for final repair. Completely disgusted with this place.

I bought an authentic Black Forest cuckoo clock from Germany for my wife a few years ago. Recently I was out of town so I had my wife adjust the weights (like winding it with chains) and it stopped working after whatever she did. I couldn't fix it myself and I was hesitant about taking it anywhere because it is so special and valuable. Dustin suggested I bring it in for a service and cleaning for about $125. When I brought it to them, he hung it up, took the back off, showed me everything looked great and simply leveled it. He told me it was in great shape and didn't even need the cleaning or service... NO CHARGE! Thanks for having integrity because I was out of my depth and at your mercy, and you showed true character.
