Told them we had an LG refrigerator that was not working. We waited four days for them to come out only for the “repair guy” to literally look at the outside of it for 10 seconds to say he can’t fix it and I need a new refrigerator. Never once picked up a tool, open the back or do anything. He charged me $50 for that 10seconds of work even though I live within a few minutes and when I questioned what work I’m getting charged for he replied “I put my hand inside the fridge”. I could’ve been told over the phone that they cannot work on this refrigerator & had a new refrigerator installed by the time he showed up and saved $50 (ironically what I’m getting charged to haul the old one away). I understand drive charges & “show up fees” but this entire thing could’ve been avoided, I could have a full fridge for my kids and saved time & money that they just wasted. I’ve used this company before, but after this, never again.

After a poor experience with the first repair company I was more than pleased with the professionalism of Willamette Valley Appliance. The office staff was courteous, the repairman arrived on schedule and was able to diagnose and repair the problem in a short period of time.

I bought a speed queen washer from them a couple of years ago and it has worked really well! It also has a seven year warranty on it.
I was unsure about A swishing sound in the bottom of the drum with a little bit of water sitting.
Because one of my jackets had felt a little bit wet, I wasn’t sure whether it was draining properly.
Ian, one of their technicians came out to look at it. He was very knowledgeable and explained how to tell whether the drum has extra water in it. He also went through quite a few tests to make sure everything was OK.
He really knew what he was doing and gave me a little extra education about my appliance. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the people that work here. There’s nothing worse than having a washer or dryer not work and having no idea who to call to get them fixed. I highly recommend this business. The owner cares a lot about how it’s run as well. So appreciated.

After several lengthy delays by other installers, WVA set up Scott to install our stove just 48 hours after our call. The only challenge, 4 days of ice and snow meant Scott, our installer, couldn't get up our road. He could have justfiably bailed on us, but he loaded his tools into my 4wd pickup and the challenging install was done in a few hours. He literally went the extra mile for us. Thanks WVA!

Just bought a washing machine from them. Shout-outs to Pam Love, in sales, very helpful, communicative, knowledgeable; Scott and Eric, installers/movers, they did a great job. Everything went exactly as it was supposed to. Machine came in about a week after ordered. The next day they delivered it and installed it, taking the old one away. Machine is working well so far! They gave me a good price and good service. Highly recommend.

Staff very helpful in selection of dishwasher and microwave. Prices were very competitive with big box stores. Ahead of time spouse and I decided this time we would use installation service. 2 installers were friendly, informative, and professional. We didn't realize we would have a few unexpected and tricky issues that soon became apparent, but the installers were up to the task. They had the expertise and a positive attitude. They took the time needed to do a good job, making sure both appliances fit in the spaces, looked right, and worked before they left a cleaned up kitchen area.

Scott of Willamette Valley Appliance did a great job removing our old washer/dryer. A very tight fit through the doorways with these heavy units and he did it without a scratch to our house! He then installed the new ones and gave us tips on their use. Thanks for a job well-done!

Easy scheduling online with prompt call and follow up to schedule and time window for service. Technician had great customer orientation, he was knowledgeable and explained what had to be done. Left our laundry room clean and wiped up the water from clearing our washer tub that was not draining. He had to replace a wire, and even started a load of towels we had to use for clean up. Willamette Valley Appliance is reliable, great service and they never try to up sell you. I appreciate there help!
