Awesome hardware store and just what Carson City has been needing and for a long time now. While you can find a lot of things at the big box stores, they don't have the kind of super friendly and helpful staff that you will find here. I came in for the first time today to get some keys made and was given a very warm welcome at the front door and was promptly directed to their Help Hub. And, while I had the chance, I decided to take a stroll around the isles to see what all they had and was thrilled to see everything so clean and very well stocked. As is typically the case with ACE, I was pleased to see they had a HUGE specialty hardware section which includes hard to find bolts, nuts, miscellaneous fasteners and just about everything else under the sun. And, in addition to what you'd expect to find at a hardware store such as tools, plumbing, gardening and electrical supplies, was pleased to see they also have a paint department, tons of grills and BBQ's, clothing and even pet supplies. Before I knew it, I was walking up to the front counter with more stuff than I had originally come in for. I will for sure be coming here for more of my hardware needs.

I tried adding photos but Google Maps seems to be having issues right now and it's giving me an error. Hope to add them once the problem is fixed.

We went there today for the Grand Opening. Aaron, the owner, greeted everyone with a welcome, a free tote bag, and free ice cream. The staff we very friendly and helpful. This store is amazing ! It's huge, taking up the entire building that previously housed three businesses. The inventory is complete with just about anything a person may need at a hardware store and then some. I am coming here before Lowes or Home Depot. This is not a corporate chain but a family owned business. I fully believe in supporting family owned businesses! Treat yourself to a visit!

I've been there three times. I'm amazed at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Unlike at Home Depot, I never had to spend 5 minutes roaming the store looking for an employee.

This is the biggest Ace store I’ve seen. They have everything you’d need (and probably more!). Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable.
