I love, love, love the product! There are so many adorable choices. However, the cost for shipping is outrageously high! ($12 for one sign) Also, this very expensive shipping is extremely slow. It has been almost a month since I ordered and it still has yet to arrive. I would be more comfortable with $12 shipping if it meant that the product would arrive in 3-5 days, but a month Although their products are great (a friend has ordered one for me before as a gift), I will hesitate to order and pay for shipping again.

I really wanted to leave a positive review because the pieces I did receive are beautiful, but I just can't. I ordered 6 pieces on 10/11, on 10/23 I received 5 pieces. The packages were missing a leaner and a stand to another piece I ordered. I emailed immediately. On 10/26 I got a response back saying the stand and leaner would be shipped out. I got the stand in a few days, but not the leaner. I emailed again on 11/9 and got a response saying the package shows delivered. I responded yes, but it was missing pieces. Got a response saying it would ship out that day or the next. It is now 11/20 and I still have not gotten the leaner I paid for on 10/11. Since it is evident I will not be receiving it I have had to file a dispute with my bank.

I've ordered a few items from Whippoorwill Charm and I'm impressed with the quality and value. It would cost much more at a big box store or to make these on your own. Also, some may say the shipping is too high but these items are large and postage is calculated on weight AND package size so honestly, $12 isn't too high at all. I will continue ordering and creating beautiful items for my door and home.

I have had no issues at all with this company. They did a fundraiser at our church and it was a blast and they were so nice. I then ordered several unpainted door signs later and not only did they arrive promptly, but she didn’t even charge me shipping! Very nice people and items always look great. I hate that other people have had problems because I have NO complaints.

Took a little time to get my order...but as expected and was told they were a bit behind. Received my products and LOVE them. Painted them already. Wish they werent so far away so I could go pick up one of everything. Lol. Will be ordering again soon.

I ordered a monogrammed door decor from this company on July 4th, 2018 and have yet to receive my order. I have called the owner of this business and I have emailed her several times about my order. She has yet to return my calls or emails to discuss this matter.... this is horrible!!! That was my first time placing an order with this company and it will be my last. I’m definitely disputing the transaction with the credit card company I made the transaction through...

The best shop ever with high qaulity options. I have ordered over a thousand signs from them & they have all came as expected & high qaulity. I started ordering from here in 2020 and in the last 3 years the qaulity, customer service & prices have been unbeatable. If there is ever a mistake with an order they get it fixed ASAP & repsond very quickly!
