Mike does great quality work. He is a very nice guy and personable person who is generous with his time and had no problem meeting with customers to discuss all the details of the project.

His prices are fair and his work is excellent. Although Mike has employees he seems to handle all of the calls, appointments, and installations himself. This would have been a five star review if communication had been improved and the timeline for completion was more accurate. Nonetheless, Mike will eventually come through for you.

I'm sure Mike does great work as all these reviews indicate, but I cannot comment on his workmanship. He was referred to me by my boat dealer Sara Bay. He, his wife and their dog showed up at my marina several Saturday's ago. He spent a lot of time with me explaining how he would fabricate a custom canvas for both my new boat and its outboard. He listened to what I wanted and made several suggestions. After several texts over many days I have not yet received a reply. Maybe I said something to make him mad...

Mike is an awesome business man. Dropped of a dodger for a sail boat. In time as promised, Mike showed up at my boat and custom fit and installed the new dodger. Perfect fit first try. Had Mike restitch canvas/strataglass enclosure. Excellent work, service, and price. Came to the boat on a mooring field, removed, stitched, and reinstalled. Turn key deal. At the end of a job I always ask would I use that vendor again. Second job was some work on custom sunscreen for the boat which was done very well and very fast. So I think that answered my question. Definitely would recommend.

Needed my bimini replaced and wanted to get it done before Father's Day. Reached out to my own canvas guy and he told me he was 3 to 4 weeks out until he could get to me. I received Mike's number from a friend and he picked up the phone, had my bimini top measured, quoted and installed within a week. The job is perfect and he even fixed a couple miscellaneous clips and snaps for me complimentary before leaving my boat. Looks like I have a new canvas guy.

I hear Mike does great work, I wouldn't know. I told him I wanted a bimini top for my boat. He told me he'd come by and measure. He was a day late, no big deal. He then said it would take 2 weeks. Nearly two months went by and no word. I finally got him on the phone after weeks of trying. He said it would be done in 3 days. 2 more weeks went by, nothing. Attempted to speak to him 3 times, no answer. Finally called and left a message saying I was no longer interested in the top. What an awful way to run a business, I'll find someone who actually wants and appreciates my business. I don't care if he's the Michelangelo of canvas work, it's not worth the aggravation.

Mike should be the last person you ever do business with!!! Deadlines not met …..promises not kept but he will keep your money without a product. Very dissatisfied …..would never do business with him again!! He should strongly consider another profession!
