So glad to have a hardware store back in the neighborhood. It’s at the site of the old Pier one.
As with most ACE hardware, the stores it is well stocked for a home owner, clean and friendly helpful staff. I usually go to the LG ACE so am super happy this is in my local neighborhood.
I stopped by to get some keys cut and happened to be helped by Darren, one of the managers, he was so helpful and very nice to deal with.
Looking forward to more trips to this store.

Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They know where everything is and escort you to where it is and then make sure it is the item you are looking for. Way better than a big BOX store. These people are great!

Right when you walk in and they greet you not like home Depot and you can't get any kind of customer service there Ace hardware prospect Saratoga avenue perfect please love the people the employees are great the owners are great I think they're the same owners that own the one in Los Gatos Ace hardware

This is a relatively new Ace in the area--replaced a Pier 1 that had closed a long time ago. I did a "purchase online, pick up in store." This was my first visit to this store.

In my email that alerted me that the pickup was ready, it said for curbside pickup to call when I arrived, but there was no number in the email, which would have been helpful. Since I didn't see any spots for curbside pickup (turns out there was only one and it was occupied), I just parked (right up front) and walked in to the store to pick my order up that way. That was fine. An associate was immediately asking me how he could help me. Told him I was there for a pickup and he had my item for me I think in less than a minute or two. Made friendly small talk while I signed, and I was out the door. Great experience.

Super nice hardware store. Well stocked. Very helpful and friendly employees that greet you when you enter the store. They have a nice dog with a name badge. Highly recommend. Plenty of parking.

I've been missing Orchard Supply Hardware, and Ace Hardware has picked up the mantle nicely. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I've only been to this store a couple of times since I became aware of it (it opened about 6 months ago). Both times, they were able to help me find what I needed - and tell me if they didn't have it or suggest other options.
