We had a great experience at WDC, Agoura. Channel and Paul were so helpful at providing options and answering questions on appliances. We left with product documentation on our refrigerator and cooktop. Channel was instrumental in helping to ensure our delivery by Thanksgiving. Everything was perfect. Thank you WDC, Agoura!

Luann is amazing-I ordered knobs and as I walked thru the store everyone greeted me and were friendly. The young lady at the front directed me and was more than pleasant, I asked for the Store Mgr and she came over promptly and I can see why the store was ran so well, it started with Chanel. Well done to kudos to this showroom.

Amazing service in store- Paul was patient and Kind, then dealt with Store Mgr Chanel and she was fun, brought excitement to purchasing a appliance, who would of thought and a joy
When the delivery drivers came I asked for a blanket due to my hardwood floors and they became short, angry and felt uncomfortable. They called their Mgr and I could hear him on the phone say Just bring the refrigerator back. I didn’t want that but I was applauded by this behavior
I will buy again from WDC but I will have someone else pick up my supplies and install, not your drivers. 5 stars for the store experience, not the delivery team.

Usually my reviews are lengthy because I have to explain but this review is easy. Customer Service definitely 10 ⭐️s if possible , knowledge about the appliances 5 ⭐️, Prices 5⭐️ , Cleanliness of store 5 ⭐️, Presentable and approachable staff 5 ⭐️, Manager Chanell although busy helping multiple customers, she helped each customer and team member with a smile. She was very personable as well. Gave her contact info for any future needs, questions, and said if we had any issues with our appliances we could call her. Well let’s fast forward to day before delivery.. I got a call from WDC Moorpark Team regarding my scheduled delivery. The person that called me was very monotoned (you cannot be monotoned in customer service) especially when calling trying to say my delivery would be postponed 5 days!!!! I had questions, I had concerns, and the lady from Moorpark did not have the answers on why it was delayed when the items I purchased were InStore! I did not like her attitude or lack of customer service. I immediately called the Manager Chanell at Agoura in regards to this phone call. She apologized and looked into it immediately and HANDLED it, because guess what I GOT, my delivery on the day it was promised and on time. I felt like a valued customer for sure. Go Team Agoura and huge shoutout to Alex and Chanell!!

Chanell and Alex helped us find the right appliances for our client! We are not always easy to deal with because it’s a lot of back and forth. Alex was very good about getting us the information promptly so we could pick the right equipment. Chanell and the WDC team are amazing we highly recommend them for your appliance needs!!!!!!!!!

We have been purchasing from WDC for our homes for years, and have never been afforded the professionalism we have found in Chris Cavanaugh. Do not be deceived by the other Chris's, as there are a few! His customer service is second to none, and his follow up is exceptional. He definitely has the customers back, which is what we all want when we are spending tens of thousands of dollars on appliances.

This is regarding the Agoura Hills store, specifically the manager Chanell Ledesma. I bought over $30,000 worth of appliances. I had some problems with the installation of my refrigerator and a broken microwave door. The Moorpark WDC store kept accusing us of doing things wrong, which was very upsetting and proved poor customer service. I contacted Chanell about my frustrations and how I was being treated by the Moorpark store. The Moorpark store is where you’re required to go for post purchase issues. They were HORRIBLE!
Chanell intervened on my behalf multiple times. I felt valued and appreciated. She is an exemplary employee and an example of great leadership and customer service. I’m so grateful for Chanell. I give her 5 stars!
