I am in love with WSC. What a well organized shop! From browsing the hardware side to going to the outdoor living center, we were absolutely wowed. If you want a chill shopping time, this is the place. It’s the best balance of assistance when you need it and no one bugging you with useless greetings and info when you don’t want it. I went in looking for gnomes and outdoor decorations and found a lively, colorful wreath for my door. The lady working the OLC was helpful and sociable. I really love a well curated gift shop and found so many things. It was great to see local product representation from Goat Boy soaps in addition to Dionis, one of my favorite body care products.

Washington Supply, by combining with 2 other regional lumber/hardware businesses, has managed to bring the best of everything together. You get the variety, volume and pricing of the "box" stores, and the individual attention, simplicity of purchasing, and quality control/follow through of your local lumber and hardware store. We recently built a barn that required a great deal of material for completion. Brad and Allie were both excellent contact people to ensure I got the best quality materials at the best pricing. Even when there was a glitch in the order of materials for the roof, Washington Supply went above and beyond to secure the best outcome. That's when that more personal attention is most evident and most welcome. My advice is not to waste the time and the trip to the box store and work with a local business that can give you the best of everything.

Washington Supply Company provides great products as well as the BEST customer service. Recently, I brought a concern to their attention about some high-end outdoor furniture that was purchased years ago. Dawn, in outdoor living, immediately followed up with me and interceded on my behalf with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. She is awesome. This is the kind of customer service one expects, but rarely gets these days. Winning customers for the long-term is what makes WSC a true gem!

I've been buying on this place for the last 8 years. It was used to have a great customer service! Every body was there trying to help you and they were very kind with customers. Now under the new management it's the worst shopping experience. If you're right in the customer service ready to pay, no body will ask you if you're ready to pay. Employees are minding their own business in the computers and they don't care if there are customers doing a line waiting to pay, instead you have ask to them if they're free so you can pay.
Not to mention that I have spoke with a few friends and they can relate with me. Other then the bad customer service I should say the place it's very convenient and it looks great.

I love the Outdoor Living Center of Washington Supply!! Dawn gives outstanding customer service as well as great birder/birding advice! (Dave is also wonderful !) I love nipping in every week or so to see what’s new- it’s always fresh, fun and eclectic!! My latest purchase, the Kingsley Bate Essex table and Classic chairs, have completely elevated my back porch! Here’s to shopping local!!!

Nice store or stores, I should say. Two stores side by side. One is traditional hardware store selling everything from screws, to windows, to paint
Other is outdoor related, garden tools, fertilizer, deer repellent, deer fencing, etc.
It has a nice department of outdoor decorative items, sculpture, glass items, rustic things.
I go and purchase frequently, but it is a little pricey, though. I support as much as I can but also use the big box stores on major product purchases to offset.
