Second time we've purchased from them. The staff were all super helpful and pleasant. CJ was wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable about what they sold. They offer a great variety to choose from in furniture and wall art. Both delivery men were kind, efficient and took great care of our items. We highly recommend Warehouse Furniture and will make the drive to Beebe if we need something else!

I ordered a Jackson set from CJ as I was promised a quality product. In less than a month the arms of the couch and loveseat were popping and giving way. I was told the furniture would have to be picked up immediately. She set the date and time. The drivers were late. I am now in Christmas week without a living room set as today was the day that the defective furniture had to be picked up. I sent a text today at 2:30 pm asking that I be informed when the credit to my account would be entered into the system. It is 7:45pm. I have heard nothing. Not happy with the broken promises. Match any price was also not a truth. Not the customer service that I was promised.

Visited today looking at bedroom sets. The lady started off very helpful but as I continued looking she seemed annoyed with me and finally disappeared. Not sure what happened but I'll save them time in the future and take my business elsewhere. Sad because I've bought several guns there and until today loved the place.
