Purchased Palliser living room furniture set that peeled within 1.5 years of ownership. Walkers furniture continuously disregarded (claiming customer neglect). Material peeled on arms and upper back ONLY. Come to find out the manufacturer later issued a recall through all their dealers (apparently except this one) for microfiber material failure do to skin contact causing material separation/ failure. Stating oils from the human skin were causing material lift and failure. This review is due to walkers lack of customer service/ lack of Product knowledge. Either way be advise before spending your hard earned money on a large purchase with these people.

I cannot say enough how phenomenal this furniture store is. The staff is great. The furniture options are wonderful and I recommend highly!! You just don’t come across this type of customer service anymore. I will always go here first for my furniture needs.

I purchased Bassett bedroom furniture from Walker Furniture about two months ago after an impromptu visit to their store. I worked with Chris Carosella for the entire transaction. He was such a wonderful help. He took pictures of the furniture to help me avoid making an unnecessary trip. He treated me with respect and kindness, making me want to buy furniture from him again. During the transaction with Chris, I dealt briefly with a woman named Mary Kate who was less than kind. It's disappointing and awkward to be treated that way as a paying customer. Pro Tip: Find Chris when you are headed into the store!

We have bought lots of furniture here over the years, usually La-Z-Boy recliners. They have a HUGE showroom which is great because everything is under one roof, however if you have mobility issues, definitely bring your scooter or a wheelchair and take your time. Salesman Dane was very patient as my folks tried out all the options and got the fabric swatches out so we could make sure they were happy since returns are usually not allowed. Delivery dude Scott contacted us on the promised day and even helped my folks move their old stuff out of the way which saved us a trip. Well worth the delivery fee! We will be back!

I normally don’t write great reviews but customer service was absolutely amazing! Was shown around gracefully.questions were answered. Our salesman the older bald man with glasses was absolved lovely. Would definitely recommend this place. It is a little pricey but quality is worth it . For quality that will last years. Definitely worth the investment.beautiful showrooms

We received our Palliser sofas yesterday September 10, 2021 and they are quite uncomfortable. The ones on the showroom floor are extremely comfortable but the ones that arrived at our house are nowhere near the comfort level as they are at the store.
Mary Walker personally called me today and wants to make us happy and said she would have a resolution by the end of next week. We will probably have to order a different set and wait for it but SHE WANTS US HAPPY.
Her personal attention is AWESOME and the staff is great and they have a beautiful showroom.
Customer service like this will make us lifelong customers.

Bought an amazing electric recliner that I love. It was expensive, but it's my favorite piece of furniture ever. Smooth automatic reclining and super soft, durable leather. The automatic recliner is shorting out after 3 years though. I will see how this issue is able to be resolved and then let you all know.

Update: It turns out I had the cord wedged up under the reclining lever. They came out and fixed it quickly for free. Great product. Great service.
