UPDATE: 9/9/2024: Bill, the manager was unaware of the situation and rectified it as soon as he found out by replacing the defective stove immediately. Thank you so much I wish I would have asked for the manager sooner. Thank you for your great customer service, Bill!

In November 2023, a Supposed new GE stove was delivered to my home. The stove has always run extremely hot and has been found to be defective. I have complained about this stove, melting things that I had placed on top of it and causing a salt shaker to become so hot when I picked it up caused blisters on my hand. Finally, today, almost a year later and after numerous attempts at having this stove fixed previously, a technician arrived and verified that the thermostat does not work. IT NEVER has worked!!! They sold a defective stove to my property management company and will not honor a new date for the stoves warranty as it was purchased in November 2023 and has NEVER WORKED PROPERLY. Nor will they honorably replace the stove with a new stove. Also, the right front ignitor randomly works, but too bad for me if I don’t get to make a proper meal due to the negligence and disregard of Waadt Appliance. David from Waadt appliance has been contacted numerous times regarding this issue. There have been issues with not only the stove, but with the service technicians that have been sent. I would like a brand new stove that is under a proper warranty. This person will not honor a new stove. This is unethical and a very poor business practice.
