This is just a great place to buy a TV. Don't expect anything fancy but they have competitive prices and are very helpful. Years ago my elderly father bought a TV and sound bar from them and when he couldn't get it all setup right, the sales person stopped on his way home and helped my dad out. No charge. Can't ask for more than that and since then I will not go anywhere else for my TV purchases.

They didn’t rush us and gave us a really great deal on a TV purchase. I reached out a few months later about disposing off the huge cardboard packaging that the TV came in and they helped me with it quickly. Very pleased overall.

Great place. Competitive prices, super excellent televisions, friendly and professional staff. Was just looking at new Sony that I purchased there and am amazed at the beautiful and crystal clear picture. It's like the show is in the room with me.
DO NOT shop elsewhere as you'd be wasting your time.

I highly recommend Video Only and in particular Dino! We had such a wonderful TV-buying experience! Love their no-pressure sales approach. The first time we went just to browse, and Dino was super helpful and patient in talking with us and explaining our options. Then we came back in a couple of weeks (with the truck!) to actually buy. He gave us such a great deal on the TV, plus sound bar and wall mount.

I will always buy my TVs here (not from Costco or Amazon) because of the excellent customer service plus THEIR PRICES ARE LOWER!!

Also I am completely floored by their 0% interest financing deal. I almost bought a more expensive TV because of it ROFL!

I was in the market for a new TV. I wanted a large TV that was also great quality... and within budget. My father suggested I go to Video Only. When I walked in, this place was like a throwback. The store is very basic, but large. There is plenty of free parking available. The salesmen were awesome. They educated me about the basics of what I needed to know about purchasing a TV. They were kind, respectful, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way, and they didn't try to oversell me. I returned the next day to purchase a TV and they greeted me by name when I walked in. The TV I purchased was $600 less than both Costco and Best Buy's sale price...! Also they offer delivery & setup very inexpensively. Rabie was awesome and I've already told several of my friends about Video Only. Thank you...!!

This place is that best-kept secret type of place. Much MUCH better service than that mega retailer with blue polo shirts. Very good selection almost rivaling the warehouse club establishments. I bought my last 13 TVs from Video Only and don't plan to shop elsewhere in the foreseeable future. Bought a Samsung 24" curved monitor for $80 less than that megastore. Very pleased with my consumer experience.

Called San Mateo store to check on a TV model I was interested in. Sales person was very well spoken, patient and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and invited me to come and see him personally. Unfortunately I showed up at the store on his day off, but I was helped by the other sales person who by the way made sure that the sales person I spoke with would get the full commission for the deal (very honorable of him). Even though this guy was not getting the commission he still gave me an excellent service, answered all my questions, was not pushy and helped me choose the right TV for my needs and then helped me load it in my truck!
As for the price, these guys were able to beat Best Buy by over $700.00, considering that I walked away with my dream TV, free 5-year warranty and 2 free sets of HDMI cables! They definitely put their money where their mouth is. Like the commercial says, Shop here first or you'll be sorry! A+++
