My experience with Video Only Salem over the years has been great! Last week I decided it was time to upgrade my TV. After several days of research, I decided to stop in the store and finalize my decision. Lucas was a wealth of knowledge and very personable. Not only did I get the best deal around, but I also received help with delivery and wall mounting the new TV. Amazing experience and highly recommend!

I was looking for a replacement TV and was trying to get a bit of an upgrade as well. Doug helped me out with his great knowledge and great customer service! Doug also helped me load up and strap down the TV in my truck. I would highly recommend checking out Video Only for your TV needs!!!

I will start this out by saying that my overall experience has been Good, and I would buy from them again, which is why I gave them five stars.

We did have a hiccup; I don’t need to go into details, but I had planned on returning the TV I got from my wife and kids on Father's Day and getting a TV somewhere else.

The store made a mistake, and in the end, they took accountability for the mistake and did the right thing in their response to the situation.

Customer service is tremendous with me, and the Manager, Lucas, did everything he could to fix the situation.

Their store really does have the best prices in town!

Amazing service. I knew exactly what I wanted in a tv and to say that the prices here are amazing is an understatement. Every other store had the 77” S90D for $2200 but at Video Only I got it for $1900. You can’t really beat that price. The extended warranty was also cheap, so I had to get it. Regardless of the huge discount it’s best to take the necessary steps to take care of your brand new tv. Doug was an amazing salesman, he had all the answer to all my questions and all my doubts. I walked in and walked out quickly since I was absolutely convinced. Thank you Doug for the amazing customer service! Will shop here for all my future TVs.

Lucas took great care of my wife and I in our search for a new TV. We called him up asking about a certain brand and he went through all of the specifics I asked about and showed me why the brand we were looking at would not be what I was looking for. He proceeded to spend time with us going through all of the different options and showing us what our choices were. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and personable with over 12 years of experience in the industry. I was going to buy from Costco but with this kind of service combined with excellent prices, I had a much better experience than I would have in Costco. I now know I have the best TV my money could buy which will last me for years to come. I will be coming back for all my television needs in the future and sending friends and family to Lucas if they ever need help.

Go ask for Lucas. Wife & I were in Costco, called Video Only to check prices. Not only did he give us a way better deal ($400 less than Costco) with a 5 year warranty included on a OLED tv. He went above and beyond by driving all the way from Albany to Silverton on his day off to help us fix an issue with our sound system free of charge. We will never go anywhere else. This place is unbelievable.

I purchased a TV from video only in Salem my salesperson's name was Lucas. Lucas was very informative and had a great deal of knowledge on products and bent over backwards to help me to get into what I needed. It was awesome experience and actually had fun doing it. This isn't the first TV I bought from Lucas and it certainly won't be the last. If you want a good deal on electronics with great sales people go to video only.
