We had an exceptional experience with Versa Tile from start to finish, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Felicia took the time to walk us through all of our options, offering insightful feedback on exactly what we wanted. She made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free.

What really stood out was the speed of service. The time from placing our order to the installation was incredibly fast. On the day of the install, the team was professional, clean, and extremely polite. The plumber showed up mid-way through the installation to hook up the faucet, and he was just as professional and courteous.

After everything was wrapped up, the plumber took the time to check in with us to make sure we were happy with the process. To our surprise, it turned out he was the owner, Lab! I was genuinely impressed by his personal investment in ensuring we had a great experience. The level of care and professionalism from everyone at Versa Tile was truly outstanding.

Before coming to Versa Tile, we visited some of the larger home improvement stores, but the price, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service at Versa Tile convinced us to go with them.

In October last year, we finally decided to replace the original granite countertops and backsplash in our kitchen from when we built our house in April 2015. In the fall of 2024, I got a quote from a granite shop I had prior dealings with in 2015, ironically from a total kitchen gut and redo. I thought this would be easy and that I would go with them, but at the behest of my wife, I went to "Versa Tile and Marble Group" for a second quote and to see what they had.
I met with a salesman on the floor, and he showed me some things I was interested in. I can only assume my line of questioning subsequently got the owner “Lab” involved. Lab showed me white quartz with gray veins, and then we started looking for a backsplash. Mind you, my wife was out of town, and I was taking pictures and sending them to her in real-time. We quickly identified the type of quartz we wanted, but the backsplash was causing an issue (matching just right). At this point, I felt my wife should be there to select precisely what backsplash she wanted to match the quartz countertops.

A few days later, my wife and I went to Versa to find a backsplash for our chosen quartz. My wife wanted to get a "porcelain" type of tile backsplash that a friend of hers had, also with white quartz. Lab strongly suggested that we use the actual countertop as the backsplash. Neither my wife nor I had ever heard of this, and we thought he was insane. I said, "Lab, do you know how stupid that will look?"
Lab vehemently stressed that we should trust him and that it would look great. We did.
Over the next few weeks, measurements and pictures of the existing kitchen were taken to begin cutting the slab down. My wife also had to go and pick out the exact piece of slab that would be used for the kitchen.

During this time, my wife, Lab, and I were in a group text talking about the project and coordinating a specific type of sink that my wife wanted. I was always amazed at how quickly Lab responded to text messages.

Demo day came, and the guys did an excellent job. When they hauled away the pieces and chunks of the old granite, there was no mess, either inside the house or outside. The installation went just as quickly. We initially did not believe that we would be able to have Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen, but everything was completed ahead of time, and we did!

Working with Lab was Great; we had a good time designing and putting this kitchen remodel together! We would go back and forth, talking trash to each other in the group chat 😂 about that damn backsplash, but he was absolutely correct in the end!!

Lab and his team are amazing! I started a master bathroom renovation on my own and quickly got in over my head. After stopping by to talk to him, he made sure that he and his team got the job done quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, correct (not an easy feat considering my construction skills!).
