Patricio came out to fix some drywall due to a leak from the second floor. He responded fast and came out within a few days and finished the job fast and efficiently. Will definitely be doing more projects with him in the future!

I tried writing a detailed review but it wouldn’t post so I’ll keep
It simple. A 2 week job took 3 months because he was unreliable and still wasn’t completed. The work is sloppy, unprofessional and amateur. Measurements were off, no attention to detail and I have to remove a wall to fix the poorly measured plumbing work he did as my shower handle won’t sit flush without doing so. Just look at the pictures and you’ll see how terrible the work is. I do not recommend at any cost. You’ll pay more fixing his work or hiring someone else to fix it. Good luck out there with these “professionals”.

I never leave bad reviews but after months I'm still upset about it. I used this company for years. They did lots of work on my home. I did notice some things done poorly but they would always fix any issues I noticed. I also wanted to support small business so I was a repeat cusomter. I was so disappointed when I hired them to do my deck. At 1st glance it looked okay. When he was close to done there was wood that would be exposed and asked him if it would be painted and he said that would be additional. This was upsetting becuase I paid him fix my deck from beginning to end, the entire job. Now I would either have to pay additional or leave it unpainted. After he complete the job I realized the railing they installed did not reach the bottom of the stairs?. When I called him about he claimed he couldn't find railings that size. I was furious because this something you should discuss with the customer. It looked bad. Then he agreed to fix it but wanted me to pay for the new railing. After this reaction from him I didn't feel comfortable so I called another contractor to review the deck and he said this was a poorly built deck and was UNSAFE. I sent him pictures of the details the contractor reviewed with me and he never answered me about the issues that the other contractor pointed out. He came by and threw in a new railing completly ingnored the other issues and left. I went to check it out railing it was loose. I was so upset I didn't even want him to come back. I already paid him so he did not care. He took advantage since I'm not knowledgeable about building. I will never do business with him again. Now I'm left to hire someone else to fix the the issues.

Patricio and Team have done a phenomenal job renovating our basement . Patricio is very intelligent and knows his work very well . He is supported by an excellent team - his dad - Papi who works with him also is very learned and knowledgeable. Patricio has a great network with plumbers , electricians etc and can manage everything on his own. He ensured that the work was completed on time and managed any change requests very efficiently and effectively. He helped with the permits and the entire nine yards that came up with the renovation of the basement . He and his team ensured the work area was cleaned after every day and the debris were taken out by them for disposal . They also moved all the equipments in the basement which we weren’t able to move out because of size and weight . I wouldn’t blink an eye engaging with Patricio again for my next project . The icing on the cake is he has a very cute dog - Benzy (small 3 year old ) who visits sometimes and is fun to play with . Our furry guy made sure he was friends with Benzy and they kept each other entertained.
