We bought all our appliances a year ago. Our sales guy was Dennis. He help us out with what manufacturers to go with. He was knowledgeable and friendly, we trusted his judgment. For the kitchen we went with frigidaire gallery. We purchased a fridge, induction cooktop, microwave and dual oven. For the washer and dryer we went with Maytag frontloaders. I believe it was Chris who was our installer. Our counter needed to be cut so the cooktop could fit. Also the cabinet where the ovens went needed to be modified as well. He was also friendly and did a fantastic job. All appliances still work fine. Money well spent at a local buisness. Very happy customers!! I recommend Ventura TV Video Applliance!!

When to purchase a refrigerator I left work at 5:30 they close at 6:00 current made it at 5:45 Robert assisted me at 6:00 found my refrigerator. The system was having issues during my transaction however everybody what's Pleasant

We bought a Whirlpool (wrs588fihw) side by side refrigerator in May. Due to wanting color white, it had to be ordered. After doing much on line research I found the model I wanted. Ventura's price was the same as big box store SALE price. Janie was very helpful with our purchase. The extended warranty was less cost for same period of coverage than Best Buy. We got the refrigerator in July after about a 2 months wait. The delivery persons were great and careful with the delivery and installation. I do wish I had tested the doors and opened them at the time of installation. The refrigerator door SQUEAKED big time. My 12 year old Kenmore refrigerator never did that. I contacted Janie immediately. She finally got someone out today. Thankfully it was just lubrication missing at the bottom hinge. Now my doors are silent. This unit is roomy with more lighting inside. It has nice features although I miss a few features the old one had. The ice cubes are about an inch per side so I rarely will used crushed ice. The past main issue with wires breaking at bottom corner of freezer door causing the ice machine to stop working has been resolved by Whirlpool. I was a little worried about that with this new unit.
We wanted to give a local store our business and I am glad we did. They resolved our issue, sales, and delivery were great. Will go there in the future if we need another appliance.

Got a great GREAT deal on a new Refrigerator. It's been working nicely and they even offer an extended warranty coverage for a reasonable price.We couldn't wait for them to deliver so the fee was refunded back to ME because my old one conked out on us.😁
