Plastic side where the seat controls are was off the seat frame. I had an appointment for the dealership in a week. Called Valentino's, they said I can come in anytime I came in an hour later it took him 2 minutes to put the seat cover back on, he said we broke a clip. Told me to come back if we had a problem. Would not take any money. I know I would have paid at the dealership. Nice and professional.

Had my seats and dinette area in my RV done and they turn out beautiful. They actually look better than when it was new. I would recommend anyone needing upholstery done to go to Valentino upholstery.
