Ron in customer service was able to help me with my purchases and assured me if I have any issues to contact him directly for a quick remedy. Well I did and he made a quick fix of the situation that was my own fault. Seems like a great company to deal with and their prices are on par with the industry. Do not use this company. We ordered a beverage cooler that was delivered severely damaged and because we didn’t open the box within a 24 hour period, they refused to send us a replacement beverage cooler.

I HIGHLY encourage you to use a different company (Best Buy) that has customer focused policies, even if the price is slightly higher. You will be glad you did.

We will never buy another product from this company. That being said, their customer service manager, Scott, was very professional and understanding and tried his best to provide a solution.

My first stove was delivered damaged, unfortunately I did not realize that a 53' truck was a tractor trailer, and the driver could not come down my dirt road. A neighbor signed for it but did not note any damage. Customer service at US Appliance basically said sorry you didn't follow guidelines, so the stove is mine and you have to reach out to Frigidaire. Frigidaire does not have anyone in my area to come out to access the damage and decide how to proceed. They still have not gotten back to me about when a technician will be able to come, it has been a month.
We decided to send to the damaged stove back for an additional fee and get a new one delivered in a box truck. The new stove works and was not damaged.
This was the worst buying experience I have ever had! Be sure to read all the paperwork and note any damage to the box before signing.
Customer service at US Appliance improved once I got in touch with a manager, this is no fault of the customer service person I was communicating with, she was only following company policy.
Now I wait to see if the pot covers that were mistakenly put in the damaged drawer before it was repackaged will be sent back to me or not. I am hoping customer service will accommodate me.

Tammi K, a Fridgedare service representative is the reason for turning a 1 star eeview into the 5 star review. 2 fridge drawers were cracked and the freezer handle kept falling off. Tami swiftly and cheerfully arranged for the repairs, even while I was out of the country. She is a shining example of professional customer service.
