We went in to buy a powerlifting recliner for my husband. We stated numerous times, we wanted BROWN or BLACK, no shade of gray. We were told this chair was Umber, “a very dark shade of brown.” They had no color swatches for us to see. Today, it was delivered. It’s gray, no trace of brown. After I pointed out, this is gray, not dark brown… The delivery guys said, “it’s your lighting, it’s really a shade of brown.” We are not that gullible. I posted a pic of the gray chair with a brown rocker to show the difference. The wood rocker “is really a dark shade of brown.”

Purchased a replacement stovetop at Calloway location. Salesperson was not pushy at all (Adam), and they had what we were looking for in stock at their warehouse. I had already tried the big box stores thinking I would get a better price and availability compared to the local store. I was wrong! Urners had a better selection and I was able to get it by the next day. I did install myself and saved a few hundred dollars. Thanks!

*Bad side is delivery on a $2500 dollar fridge took 3 days ? So we are stuck icing our food in 6 ice chests during this down time , awful. Tag said available same

After leaving this review, Urner’s called and delivered the fridge that afternoon.

Went through Home Depot for three appliances. They never told me that one of the items was discontinued, they just kept pushing back the delivery date. I called Urner's, who told me, and I was able to order a replacement and have it taken care of. Spoke to Ryan at the Calloway location—super helpful guy!

I do not recommend purchasing furniture from Urner's. I purchased a 3 piece living room set in July 2024. I recieved the 1st 2 pieces while the 3rd was on backorder. The 1st 2 pieces broke under the armrests in the 1st week I had them, so I canceled the 3rd piece before delivery because at Urner's, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER DELIVERY. I filed a warranty claim on the 2 pieces and several weeks later a repair company came to inspect the damage. The repair person determined the furniture broke due to poor quality, and was not worth repairing. In addition, the display furniture at the Calloway location and the Wible location are also broken under the armrests just like mine is. So Urner's is selling low quality furniture that doesn't even hold up to showroom use, and they don't stand behind the furniture once it breaks. It has now been 3 months, and i am still waiting for a resolution to this matter, and since I only have 2 of the 3 pieces I need to accommodate my family, we don't have
enough seating for everyone until this issue is resolved. TERRIBLE QUALITY. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM URNER'S.
