I went there today in the afternoon and will never go back again. At first, the customer service may have been decent as I was greeted by one of the employees. However, this turned into a sour moment once I heard how they were talking bad about Spanish-speaking customers in front of them and conceding this was mainly about one of the cashiers who was a woman who didn't get her name as she tended to me. However, I find it unprofessional for a business to be so discriminatory towards a specific set of people. I do not recommend going here if you're a Spanish speaker, as they don't value you as a customer.

You would be hard-pressed to find a nicer, more generous and honest team for all your building supply needs. I wish I would’ve have found Bob and his team three years ago!! There really isn’t anything that Bob is unable to help with. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and they’ve treated me like a loyal customer from my first visit. From how I’ve seen them deal with other customers, it’s clear that top-notch service is one of their core values. Always nice to do business locally, also!

Buyer beware. I got the pulls I paid for but they were not the style or size I picked. There was only one person working when I came in to order, they messed it up. No time for a re-order.
