I normally love Ulta. But the experience today was very upsetting. I ordered something online and went to pick it up from the store located at Hamilton plaza, which is ~17 min drive from my place. I checked the store hour and clicked “I am on my way” button in my order confirmation email before I left. The website told me to enter an estimated time and asked me to pick up inside of the store since it’s passed curbside pick up time. However, when I arrived at the store, it was already closed due to early time in the Labor Day holiday! I waved at the people inside, clearly the girl inside noticed me. But of course, she did not come closer to the door and just let me stood there for 10min like a fool. This ruined my day. Ulta, please make your system smarter to reflect the actual work time. And please train your employees to at least have the courtesy to say sorry to those who were fooled by the system.

I love Ulta. When I’m bored I go there and do my makeup with expensive brands. There are so many choices and sales go regularly. It’s really a great store and I highly recommend it

We shopped at Ulta beauty for about an hour and a half and found a dozen items that we both loved. After finding out there was a 20% off sale the next day, the checker Mia said we could hold the items and come back tomorrow to check them out. When we came back the next day we had discovered all of our items had been picked out clean by the employees on the clock even though they had been put aside and marked as items held for a customer. Very bad experience. Never going back...

The store is very well organized and the staff is super helpful, specially Mia!! I needed to buy makeup items and she helped me a lot in identifying products and giving good recommendations. Her insight and suggestions were very useful for me to do the correct selections.

I often visit Ulta beauty for the Benefits salon inside. Vanessa is the best esthetician when it comes to brows and lips. Highly recommend!

The blow outs are the worst!! Never coming back again. It’s so little for what u pay. No curls, just a blow
Dry. I have had way better experience at Dry Bar than here! Hair is not their speciality!
