The equipment was clean , however, it is stink like someone slept there for days and in front smell like a dog poop there. I will recommend it to a friend. But I will warn them about how bad smells there. Also, before that truck, the representative gave me another one that had a flat tired. Oh, the representative you can tell she's not a morning person. Not to friend very serious. I think her name was Ashelly. I said she needs to be a little more friendly . I have been 35 years as a coustormer service and I know what I'm talking about.

If not that's could hurt the business, and those truck need to be a little more friendly smelly. But overall the truck was a really a good truck. Thank you.

Needed a last minute rental for moving small amount of furniture. Walked in and left with a van within a few minutes. Very friendly and professional. No hassle experience.

Millie was the best! I had not had a good start to my day due to imbeciles that can’t respect speed limits inside a 20 MPH HOA community, so I was super frustrated to say the least. As soon as I walked in the office, she felt my frustration through my tone of voice and comment and reminded me that it was a good day, because at least, we were alive. She made a very good point, so that helped me shift my demeanor to a less frustrated one. She then told me about how someone had rear ended her car the night before and that it could have been worse, so that definitely put my problem into a different category. The no problem category. ?. Needless to say, Millie was super cordial and very accommodating, because I was 30 minutes late due to my early morning incident. She gave me plenty of time to bring back the cargo van and even after bringing it back 25 minutes late, due to another issue we had with the appliance we were picking up, she was super chill. I was very happy with the entire experience, from making the reservation to my interaction with Millie, so I’m definitely renting again from this location. Thank you Millie! You are DA BEST!

I will never use this location again. Lets start off with management......rude and its time for her to retire dealing with the public! They make up numbers for your mileage and also the gas and how much you put into the truck. They return the trucks when they want even though as the customer you know you returned it on the day you had planned. This location has not only charged me an extra day without me knowing but also said I had not placed back the gas that was used. Mind you I have rented from U-Haul for years (from a different location) and have NEVER ran into these type of issues. I only went to the this location because the one I normally used did not have any trucks available in the size I needed. Again I would NEVER do business with this location again and will NEVER suggest for anyone I know to use it either!

I'm giving 5 stars for truly great van/truck rental services provided at this location, and I'm a fourth time returning customer.
Not sure what the other low ratings are reflecting...
I've been to other stores where you wait without even being greeted; not the case here. The general manager is very courteous, and works with you to make the rental experience exceptional. She is wonderful to deal with and very pleasant in general. I've never had a problem with rental charges or equipment. I enjoy doing business here.

My service was absolutely horrible. The staff is NOT lgbt friendly, especially Melinda who was the employee who gave us the most issues. She called my wife a "Sir" (which she isn't either way) and when she politely said actually I'm a women, Melinda proceeded to laugh in her face for the rest of the service, didn't apologize, shrugged and left it at that. She had us pay for the wrong truck, then refunded us and was told there were no other trucks and left with nothing. Whether that was true or not the service is terrible and she needs to be fired. All customer should feel safe and comfortable.
