Love his work, took a while but excellent job

I just don't understand how terribly poor the upholstery was done considering the pre- and post-reviews. Charles and his employee, Rick, were great in the beginning, but it went quickly went South when part of the work was done and I pointed out the problems. Charles kept reassuring me that he'd make it right and he guaranteed I'd be happy. In the end, I received furniture that has been stored in the basement because I'm infuriated and nauseated when I see it.
The worst problem is that you can tell he just recovered it right over the old upholstery and did not repair the sofa which was part of the payment.
I would have filed complaints with the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau except that I simply don't want to have any contact with them again. The work they did was so poor, I can't imagine that they can do much better so it would be more waste of time.
Please look closely at the pictures I posted to see the many issues.
