They do great work great price. Good customer service. Had two different seat repairs done by them and did an amazing job. Only thing they just need to update there hours I did go once and the "open" sign was on and was around 930am and no body was there the entrance door was locked.

Motorcycle seat add foam and recover. Communication was good by phone and at the business location. Owner Ray is a long time Tucsonan and I like dealing with local independent business. Better price than others I received estimates from. Quality work done just as I had requested. I told him no hurry and work was done in 2 weeks. Called me 2 or 3 times with progress reports. I'll use them again.

Had my car seat redone. They matched it perfect. You can't even tell it was redone. Stitching and bead around seat was the same as passenger seat. Being a 10 year old car they did a great job. They will give you options to fix, whatever you need to fix. They're really busy, and it's by appointment only. It's worth the wait though. The cost was half of what the dealer wanted.

Needed the headliner on my sedan replaced on pretty short notice before a road trip. Kevin gave me a fair price and worked around my schedule to do the color matching and repair, and even gave me a ride! I'm very pleased with the quality of work and with Kevin's customer service. I am looking to have work done on my 2004 VW convertible.
I spoke to Kevin who called himself the manager and first was told that he would have the owner Ray call me back. That of course never happened. I then called back a week later and happened to get Ray on the phone. I explained to him what I was looking to do and Ray told me to bring the car in any time so he can take a look at it and when I got there to call him to let me in. I drove the car to them during regular business hours and since the gate to get in was locked I called as directed and Kevin answered. I asked for Ray and was refused to be allowed to speak to him. So I explained all of this to Kevin. Kevin then put me on hold and 5 minutes later came back to tell me they couldn’t see me and they were backed up with work and I need to call back to get scheduled in to see them. I tried to explain that Ray told me to drop by never mentioning this schedule to me. Kevin didn’t want to hear any of that and rudely told me to call them back. At that point I clicked my off button since I really didn’t need be spoken to in such a rude manner. I stupidly waited a few days and tried to call again to set up an appointment. Once again I got Kevin, told him who I was and asked to set an appointment. I was now told to hold on again and when he came back on the phone I was told that it would be at least two to three months before they could see me. My reaction was a question of “do you really want my business or not” Kevin’s answer was we r very busy and you hung up on me last time we spoke.
It is evident that these folks don’t know how to deal with customers. They are extremely unprofessional and fortunately I found that out before I did any work there.
I would never consider doing business with them nor would I suggest anyone doing business with them since if anything ever went wrong I can’t imagine how much more nasty they would be.
I have never in the 45 years I have lived in Tucson written a bad review on any business but felt that the attitude of these two people deserves to be told to the public. If you decide to work with them be aware that their attitude is not what you would expect from a locally owned business. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The team here is amazing. It's obvious that they have oodles of experience, and they're realistic, willing, and generally bloody awesome. They were willing and able to help me beyond what I was asking in a way that would really save some money at the dealer for post-accident stuff, and I already know that I'm coming back here for my upholstery needs--and referred my family to them right away. Very grateful for the work and happy to have met y'all!
