Picked up a refrigerator and brought it home myself to find it was damaged. Call the store and in a couple of days they delivered a new one. I have cork flooring in my kitchen, and the two installers damaged the flooring. I was told they would take care of it and to send an estimate and pictures and so I did. I can’t get anyone to call me back or return an email. I understand things happen but it’s how you take care of it and your customers that makes a difference!

My grandson needed a new dishwasher. So his mom and I took him there to get one. We were happy and so was he. Price was good, so he could make payments. He is 24 and still adulting lol

Bought a new Speed Queen on June 5th and didn’t install it till June 9th and 25 days later it quits on July 3rd evening. Called and Manny the Manager told me sorry they don’t do a 30 day exchange or replacement. It will have to be serviced under the warranty. Have to wait 1 week for someone to come and try & fix it. Had to go to laundromat and waste 4 hours and almost $40 washing our stuff. I will never buy from again and I suggest nobody else does either if they can’t do a exchange on a item that only lasted 25 days and cost us almost $1400.

In less than 7 years we unfortunately have bought 2 washing machines at different large home improvement stores. Both failed, warranty has too much fine print to be useful.

Stumbled onto Tucker’s through Speed Queen website. Staff and installers are very personable and willing to listen to you so you buy what you need, not what you’re sold.

Hate to say it but can’t wait for other appliances to go out and use this business again. Highly recommend.

Above and beyond service! My washer was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday but the forecast called for snow and ice. Instead of canceling or rescheduling, they called to arrange to deliver a full day ahead of schedule so I had it installed before the weather hit. Great customer service at the store and competitive prices, too.
